My wife and I were able to sit down for a quick lunch, although shortly after (around 12:30pm) the staff began refusing... customers and locking doors due to 'low staff'. They had 4 employees on staff, all talking and laughing, playing on phones, etc.At one point, potential customers were at the front door asking my wife and I if the restaurant were open, the employees askedus to tell the people at the door that they were closed, laughing. Went through your drive thru at around 855 the other night. No customers, not in front, not behind, not in store. I wait,... think maybe you aren't open. I finally inquire. Get told you will take my order in a minute, 7 minutes pass, I finally say isanyone going to take my order? Guy says "He will be with me in a minute again" Another 5 minutes. I inquire again, sameresponse. I left. I frequent your establishment all the time because your employees are usually exceptionally nice. Notso much anymore?! Won't be back. There's no reason to not take my order, you had absolutely no customers. Whatever you hadgoing on cost you a customer. If it had been an emergency or a problem with your kitchen, you say so. This del taco is a rip off. They short your order of the food you pay for. Order a large fry and only get half a container.... Order extra chicken on burritos and you don't get the extra that you pay for. I'll be trying to get a refund in some way shapeor form. Please, if you see this review.
