Almost $10.00 for a waffle bowl! The waffle bowl was stale, there was only one table that was not dirty on top. I tried to tell... the employees but they were in the back and could not hear me, even after I raised my voice. They also gave me incorrect changeback when I payed in cash. I will not be returning. Terrible service. Waited in line, only 2 people in front of me, took over 35 min before they got to me. When I ordered a shake... one of the two employees said "I don't know how to make those" and walked away, and the other clearly had no idea how to makewhat I ordered. I gave up and left. Read more

THE worst service ever for an ice cream place. The young kids working there were so annoyed with our simple order, they rolled... their eyes at us and our ice cream was literally slapped together. Our young daughters even noticed how annoyed they were andwe were so confused. Our ice cream was soft and I mentioned it to the worker and she sarcastically said 'yeah'. What does thatmean? I told my husband they were very rude here and we were never coming back. When we paid for our melted ice creams (whichwere five of them) my husband told the girl they were very rude and our experience was terrible. She had to audacity to say 'byeyou can leave now. bye you're the one being rude. bye you can go'. Like what on earth?!?! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!! We showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they acted like we showed up 1 minute before they closed. The girl rolled her... eyes at us when we ordered ice cream that takes 20 seconds to scoop and mix. Gf ordered vanilla ice cream with oreo and Twix.There was literally Twix in front of us and she said we ran out because she didn?t want to open a new one. Gf asks for Reese?sand Oreo in vanilla ice cream and she proceeds to scoop oreo ice cream instead of vanilla, and only puts Reese?s in it. Gf saysno, vanilla ice cream with oreo and Reese?s. She rolls her eyes and just walks to the back to get Oreos. Walks out 3 minuteslater. She mixes my ice cream with Reese?s and mixes it only 3 times and chucks it into a bowl. From the pic, you can tell itwasn?t mixed. She was so ridiculous. Go to another cold stone. Look at the amount of 1 star reviews at this location. Don?twaste your energy. Read more

Very nice and very clean location. I never knew that Cold Stone had a variety of different things up front. Like covered apples,... candies of different kinds, chocolate covered pretzels and more! Very impressive! Very good people here. Job well done. Hopethey keep it up. Read more

So good!! This location just opened - we came for this first time this weekend. The place is new - so it looks amazing. The... staff did a great job - and they were quick! They got our orders right the first time. There is plenty of parking outside, withsome outdoor seating available as well. Excited for this addition to the community! We will be back! Read more
