Opened my bowl and? either being stingy or someone got hungry. And they forget to give me my chips 90% of the time.
Came in last night at about 9pm, one hour before they close to pick up a last minute dinner after returning home from vacation.... When I arrived, I had nothing but attitude from the very young employees. About halfway through me getting two meals made, thelady looked up at me and said ?by the way, card only and the dining room is closed? in a very rude and unprofessional manner.Unfortunately I did not have my card on me, and I was not told in the beginning of my experience that it was card only and wasexpecting to pay with cash. After telling her I didn?t have my card on me, she said ?I?m sorry I cannot continue withoutpayment? and threw my food away? I told her she should be telling people this BEFORE they start making the meal, and she said?yea sorry, I?ve already counted the money from the night.? I work in restaurant management myself, and I?m very aware thatthat?s not in any stores policy to count money while guests are still in the restaurant, especially because after I left there,I went to another chipotle and they verified that to be true. This is not the first time I have run into issues at thislocation. Their staff is extremely underqualified to be working in customer service and do not know how to handle an issue whenthey arise. Whoever is on shift right now cooked the best chicken i have ever had at ANY chipotle location. Bravo????
This place was not really what you?d expect from chipotle. The customer service isn?t really customer service, they seem like... they are SO rushed to get people in and out, there?s only a few of us in line, why are we being rushed through the line? Theamount of ?scoops? you get is a joke. Scoops rice, goes for a second taps the spoon until there is nothing on it and pretends toadd it to the bowl. They used to have decent portions for the price and I?m not really sure what happened. ?Double meat? is notwhat you?d expect either and man do you pay for it. More than $5 extra for barbacoa? It was thee smallest amount of meat it wascomical. For two bowls, a bag of chips and guacamole, one medium drink - $40. The bowls would be damn near empty if you hadn?tasked for a little extra. Let?s put the cherry on top, the girl running the register, stop yelling. We?re right in front of you,I?m not sure why you?re screaming. This is honestly why we?ve stopped coming, every time it makes you wanna go less and less.Before this trip it had been over a year?and if I?m being transparent I?m not sure we will go back. My wife and I arrived for a late lunch/early dinner and it was a levelheaded experience. The dining area and prep areas were... very clean, and even the outside dining was pretty clean. The workers were nice and friendly and even made a new burrito when mywife?s fell and tore during assembly. Plus the food itself was very good. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Read more
I eat at Chipotle's all over. This one is clean and the food tastes great as t as usual. The service was not as good. I think... they were training new people, our food got cold while waiting for the guy that puts the guacamole, lettuce and that sort ofthing at the end next to the register. I love that they have plant based options and that's what we asked for. We had avegetarian burrito bowl. I will come back to this location next time I am in the area. My $18 burrito was extra good today. I know, I know, $18 for a burrito is freaking crazy, but I did get double meat. And it... tasted so freaking good. Their new steak is bomb. I don't know if they started putting crack in their food, but they need tocontinue whatever it is they're doing. The people at this store rock, too. Very friendly. I love you Chipotle. Marry me.
