Be very careful at this location!!!. They overcharge you for things you didn't order and then when questioned will jump down... your throat in a completely unprofessional manner treating you like complete garbage. The kids have absolutely no manners letalone customer service skills! I'm frankly shocked being in the the service industry myself. I've never in all my life seen suchhorrible treatment of customers. The WORST Chipotle in AZ! No Cheese! no Steak! No Queso! No Coke and No Lemonade that they are heavily marketing! Very dirty!... They had at least 6 kids working but every single table was dirty and food all over the floors. Chipotle is awesome just dontbother at this location! Placed order in app for a Whole30 salad bowl. When my son arrived to pick up they had no idea about an order my son had to call... us I told him I paid for it in app and I received an email confirmation. They finally found it as it was not on the shelves asindicated that it would be. I received no lettuce or romaine only guacamole and cold carnitas and cold fajita vegetables myhusband did not receive his chicken burrito he had no idea what it was. But neither of us could eat. I called guest servicessaid they would transfer me they did however I could not talk to a live person to get this rectified so we could eat preferablytonight. I attempted to then go in app to chat with someone and they wanted order number which I gave and it said it was aninvalid number. Are you kidding me?! So frustrating. Never going here again! Incredibly disappointed with our experience today. We visited at 9pm, an hour before close. With at least 5 visible employees,... we were ignored for numerous minutes while they attended to cleaning/closing and joking with eachother. The hand written note onthe glass listed 6 key ingredients that had been 86d: cheese, chips, Pico, medium salsa, fajita, medium greens. That's a lot,but I assumed maybe their ordering was off for the week.. So I finally get to start my order, when one of the uniformedemployees comes around the counter to the guest side, gets between my bf and i, and has them start building his order. I ask forblack beans and so does he. He gets black beans and I'm told I'll need to wait at least 20min for more. So I got pinto instead.I'm told mild salsa is out, yet again the employee got some after I was given hot. Since they were out of cheese, I asked forqueso. And was told I'd still be charged. Understandable, but also an opportunity to make up for the lack of other productsavailable. My bf asked for lettuce on his bowl and was given the smallest portion. He's doing keto, at the very least he'dappreciate a normal size portion of lettuce since his options for other items was already limited. It was clear that despitebeing open for another hour, the employees were closing for the night, weren't intending to fire up the grill (it was alreadyoff and being scraped), nor would be prepping any other items that would be needed for others orders. We waited another 5 min topay while the employees continued to close/clean, build bowls for that employees, and talk smack about the line cooks. We werethe only customers in the store at the time. I work in restaurants, I have a lot of patience for fellow industry, but this wasall too much at once. There didn't seem to be a manager in site, or if there was one they clearly didn't care about running theshift effectively or at the standards I've known other Chipotles to have. I literally love chipotle and eat there multiple times a week!! But this location is literally the worst! They always are... missing something today it was the tortillas one time they were out of RICE. Hope to see some thing change. Read more

Editing my five-star review of a few years ago down to 1 star for this location. Chipotle is awesome, but this location is... terrible. I keep getting rice with no cilantro lime flavor. It's just plain white rice. The chicken is charred and tough tochew. I also ordered chips and salsa. I got stale chips and a container of diced tomatoes. I won't be ordering here again. Read more
