They stopped giving military discount. Watched an employee say this to the gentleman in front me. Portions are way to small.... And rice was soggy. Will not be coming back to Chipotle. Quality has gone down a lot over the last year at this location. Themilitary thing was topping on the ice cream. Read more

I wasn't a big fan of Chipotle. I usually always bought their salads, but their always so watery. I hadn't had a burrito from... there in years. I got a veggie burrito and it hit the spot!!! They're huge... I had one half for lunch and the other half fordinner. Read more

The staff really likes to ignore you. They also seem to have a problem getting orders so double check when you walk in. Just... walked out with no food. Going down hill a bit but seems like all the restaurants in the area are also. Read more

Extremely rude staff, who ever was running the register female with super super short hair hair tonight . Sorry I inconvenienced... you by asking if my card had been turned in . You were so quick to say no you and your manager too I wasn?t convinced. Butthe attitude you gave me when I asked you to ask the previous cashier that was working too just in case wasn?t necessary. Arrived at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. I had 2 orders, a burrito and a bowl. They were completely out of most of their food. No... pinto beans, no guacamole. They were scraping the bottom for cheese and lettuce. But the mobile order stand was completelystocked? I asked for some pinto beans from that station and they said no, it was for their mobile orders. I go to pay and theysaid they were out of bags, but I could see them right behind. The lady said those were for the mobile orders only and they geta lot of those.. I was also watching them fill the mobile orders and they weren?t even filling to the top of the bowls. So thecustomers coming in to order don?t matter. Clearly they do not prepare enough food. There was enough staff there to prepare foodand keep the line going but that isn?t happening. They also don?t close until 10 but they?re already acting like they?reclosing. Every customer in there was unhappy. Read more

I ordered online and i basically got half of what I ordered on my bowl. You guys are a restaurant how do you run out of food.... You should update the app to let us know what you have or don't have so it doesn't waste the customer's time and money. Read more

Manager was quite rude to her associates. The line worker was attentive and gave me everything I needed and even double checked.... The manager then scolded her saying "you need to work on your sauces talking techniques". She said various other comments thatdid not aspire confidence in leadership. As a customer I felt taken care of, but the manager was not acting appropriately. Read more
