Worst chic fil a I?ve been to. Lack of attention and undercooked chicken for my pregnant wife in back to back experiences.... Market salad earlier this week was covered in blue cheese which she cannot have while pregnant and we specifically asked that itnot be included. The receipt even said it so the order was taken right but we were not given the right one or someone didn?tcare. That salad got thrown out and we had to eat elsewhere. Today she got the deluxe chicken sandwich and it was raw inside.Keep in mind she?s pregnant and every little thing like this we try to avoid and have trusted chic Fil a in the past. The spicy deluxe Grilled chicken sandwich sounded good so I got on their website and saw you can pre-order and when you get... there text them and they make your order fresh and bring it to your spot. Sounded wonderful. Did the above and young man broughtit out 13 minutes after arrival, 5 minute drive home opened the bag and both sandwiches were stone cold.. no way they were justmade. $14.32 for the two.. this was my first ever chick- fl -A meal. First time at this location today. Extremely helpful, lots of workers, very efficient. The manager was definitely holding it... together when the drive thru line was 15 deep and people started to come inside and order on the mobile app (like me) they wereexceptional. Food hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of cashiers, people cleaning tables, trays and staying busy. Great teamworkand hard off to the management team for great staffing today at 4p-6pm when the other chick- fil-a restaurants in the area wereclosed early for the holiday. Went to this location after I had my procedure done, I kindly asked the staff to make my food fresh, the staff refused and tried... to give me food that was Luke warm. I told them that I didn?t want it and they tried to give me another unfresh one?. They saidthey couldn?t make it fresh, they brought the manager (team lead) Hunter who stated she wouldn?t make it fresh either I toldher I just had a procedure done (still had on my hospital bracelet) she simply said in a smart way ? I?m just going to refundyou? I literally never leave bad reviews, but Holy hell this place is gross. I'm genuinely scared to eat the food I just ordered. 12... people behind the counter but no one to greet or help. If you like brown salads this is the place to go. I order from this location very regularly. I'm talking about 3 days a weeks... and 2/3 times their salads are brown, wet, and wilted. Not only that but I ordered delivery today and they handed my food to thewrong person, delivery manager I spoke to seemed like she could care less and was defensive. I am beyond upset with thislocation and how they poorly handle complaints and the customer service. Im surprised the owner is okay with this and thatchickfila corporate let's them operate like this. I am a huge fan of chickfila and never have any of these problems at theirother locations and like stated before I go to chickfila quite often.
