waited 10min for them to respond to the drive trough speaker, then i finally order. The lady at the window was more interested... in her phone than anything, she didn't even look at me, and it took her 5 minutes to move the food from the counter to my hand.the cooks had it to her in a timely manner just took her 5 minutes to pull herself away from her phone. Ain?t no way this 3 piece chicken strip should cost $6.09. I don?t even know what this is. The picture gives it too much... justice, these strips are the size of my thumb. On top of that there were only 2 customers there and I had to wait nearly 20minutes in my car to get my food. The worker was really kind and I can tell wasn?t really his fault. Not sure if they?re justunderstaffed or something. In conclusion, McDonald?s is right next door. Go there. Read more
Paid $15.00 for a #8 meal, which is the bacon guacamole burger double patty?. Get to my hotel & received a garbage single patty... burger loaded with pickles (I hate pickles) no guacamole no bacon?.. try to call to rectify the situation & ofc no one answers?.$15 for a burger and fries PLUS a $2 up charge for a shake I should get the right burger. Waited in drive through for 14 minutes, honked twice, called 3 times, yelled. Nothing. The 3 people in front of me ordered just... fine. Went up to the window and waited 5 minutes, made eye contact with someone and was ignored. What the heck? This places sucks. The staff are such jerks especially that one Mexican kid who takes orders. Seriously all I asked for was BBQ... sauce. Not only did I not get it, that jerk gave me ketchup packets. Don't go here, it's not worth it. Read more
My first time at a Carls Jr. The staff was nice but impolite. They just tossed my food on the counter rather than hanging it to... me. The kid has his AirBuds in and was not paying attention. They gave me the wrong order 3 times. The overall demeanor is thatthey hate their jobs and clearly dont want to be there (which I understand) but there is zéro effort to be timely or correct. 1st time eating at this establishment, my son is in town visiting and he and I decided to try out Carl's jr.. The drive thru was... the only option so I couldn't base this review on the inside or get any pics. But the drive thru was very fast and efficient, assoon as you pull up your being asked for your order, speedy service. They're well mannered, pleasant and pays attention to thedetails of your order. When greeted at the window, again very pleasant energy with the willingness to make your visit a greatone. Mask and gloves are worn to provide assurance of safety and cleanliness. Service with a smile ( although you can't see thesmile) you know it's there!!! The food was fresh, warm, packaged neatly and overall a great 1st experience... my son loved theburger and fries and was surprised how big the medium drink was... I will definitely recommend this location specifically toanyone wanting a great tasting burger and fries at a fairly decent price, a lil higher than other burger joints but im notcomplaining because odd the quality of the service... keep up the good work!!! Guy at the counter was awesome asked for his opinion and recommendations ended up going with The Number 8 guacamole Burger... Double sized and large drink and fried and asked for jalapeños also put on it was so delicious great service amazing foodfriendly staff...
