I ordered a Big Carl with no lettuce, extra pickles. Glad I checked before I left, no pickles and it had lettuce on it. Had to... wait a while back in line to get it corrected. Got it home and it is so gross (not sure what the sauce is made with but it isso sweet and grease) and there are 2 pickles on the whole sandwich. I have not been to a Carl's Jr in years and will NOT begoing back anytime soon. Read more
I ordered politely at the drive thru and asked for no onion on my burger because I'm allergic. Not only did the lady act like I... was wasting her time when I ordered, but I ended up getting home to find out there were onions on my burger. If I didn't checkmy burger first, I can guarantee you a lawsuit would've been filed for not listening to the customer. People like me don't askto remove things just because.. but ok if they want to take that risk, keep going. Don't go here. Read more
If the time is going to say that they open at 6am be open. Went there this morning at 6:40am and seemed like nobody was there... even though lights were on and website says open. This isn?t the first time I?ve gone and I?ve sat there waiting at around thesame time saying it?s open. Change your time if your not going to open at that time. Read more
Orders two shakes?was handed basically two cups of extra cold chocolate milk?almost completely melted. We were the only car in... the drive through and less than 10seconds from ordering to the window to pay. Employees were abrupt and not friendly I will notbe back. This gets 2stars as they are open and have enough employees to stick to their normal scheduled hours. Read more

Why do you work in fast food if you have no desire to help customers? We walked in and immediately all three employees walked... away from the register, then discussed among themselves who would help us. After a couple of minutes one employee reluctantlyhelped us. It took several times of repeating my order for him to enter it and I told him twice my order was to go. When wereceived it my hamburger was made incorrectly. All I asked for was no tomato, no cheese. Yes, they messed that up. Also, myorder was all put on a tray, again I told him twice it was to go. Then the employee brought me a single bag to put my food in. I had three full meal orders and an additional burger. I was handed a single bag to bag my food myself. This place has theaudacity to ask for a tip when paying for food. A tip, before I have received any real service. Unheard of. This store isgoing down hill fast. Their service is horrible, food made incorrectly, and in my recent trips the place is always empty. Probably a lot to do with employee attitude and service. I doubt I will return. Read more
I first went to this Carl's Jr a year ago or more and was not impressed, however this trip the food was excellent and the... service was great. The onion rings were crispy and the burger was hot and tasty. Read more
