I ordered a Big Carl with no lettuce, extra pickles. Glad I checked before I left, no pickles and it had lettuce on it. Had to... wait a while back in line to get it corrected. Got it home and it is so gross (not sure what the sauce is made with but it isso sweet and grease) and there are 2 pickles on the whole sandwich. I have not been to a Carl's Jr in years and will NOT begoing back anytime soon. Read more
I ordered politely at the drive thru and asked for no onion on my burger because I'm allergic. Not only did the lady act like I... was wasting her time when I ordered, but I ended up getting home to find out there were onions on my burger. If I didn't checkmy burger first, I can guarantee you a lawsuit would've been filed for not listening to the customer. If the time is going to say that they open at 6am be open. Went there this morning at 6:40am and seemed like nobody was there... even though lights were on and website says open.
