Employees are stealing from customers! Check your receipts to see if a tip was added that you didn't agree to. We've noticed on... multiple occasions that employees are giving themselves a tip that we did not give. We were suspicious and asked for a copy ofthe receipt and after some reluctancy they gave us a copy that showed a tip we did not give. We made a manager aware but theyoffered no apology. Great food. Especially the soft tender chicken enchiladas...with extra cheese, pico, cilantro, green sauce, white sauce,... sprinkled with generous parmesan. Sometimes I add lettuce and avocado. Add in black beans and seasoned rice. I am craving itagain already. Edit: I drive past this location quite often, since I live just a few miles away. Knowing this is a newerlocation... it is important to tell the staff exactly what you want - be specific. Some employees are still in training. I letthem know... more of this or that, none that. Once it looks perfect, let them know what a great job they did. If something looksoff, I let them know nicely. We are all part of the same community and family...never been disappointed here yet. Bad NO CHIPS NO EFFING CHIPS Mexican restaurant u had one job, one job. (Because it was advertised today free chips and queso... with order of entre) so yeah... This is the worst restaurant I?ve ever been to! I love cafe rio and every other location seems to be good, but we have given... this location several tries and they have messed something up every time. This time is the last straw because of the disgusting?meat? that I got in my taco. You can see it in the photo. It?s a hunk of fat with a little bit of meat and an ARTERY stickingout. Our rice was undercooked, the beans were dry and crusty, and my tortilla was crumpled underneath the toppings, so Icouldn?t lift it because it was a soggy mess. I can go on because this isn?t even all that was wrong with this order alone, notto mention all the other times we?ve tried this place. But you get the idea. We will never go back! Read more
