I would like to see All of your employees wear name tags. So I can give them a proper compliment or I can also report the rude... ones. Every time I visit this location I get the same cashier, lots of attitude. I explained I have to different orders and willbe paying them separately. She gets upset, acts like she doesn't know how to ring up 2 separate orders. Holds up the line. Sheis not new employee and someone needs to talk to her. Read more
They were awful to us when we went and got food for veterans day. There was a food allergy in our family and they didn't take it... seriously and they were mad that they had to fix the food for the mistake that was made. They were also mad we had so manythings to ordered and they were rude to us when we told them we had another dish we needed. They apparently didn't want ourmoney. I'm about $55 for three people and the food was terrible and barely edible. Where did the steak burrito and it was so salty I... couldn't eat it. We were in a bit of a rush to grab a bite and decided to swing by the spot. The horchatas tasted like soap andeveryone's meal was not acceptable in some way. Read more
Came in about an hour before close the other day. Received a lot of attitude from a few coworkers, and waited for help while all... the workers gathered and whispered while staring over to us. When asking for my food, no rice was left on the counter. Woulddefinitely rather go somewhere where I?ll get both food and decent service. Read more
What a sorry excuse for Mexican food. This was my first visit. We ordered online a beef quesadilla and an enchilada style beef... burro with hatch chili salsa on both. It came with lots of stuff I didn't order, and the quesadilla had hardly any cheese. Myenchilada style burro was a joke. I couldn't see any sauce and it didn't have hardly any cheese. The meat with the hatch chilisalsa tasted odd. Average at best and highly overpriced. We spent about $25 for two people. I wouldn't go back if it werehalf price. I'd rather go to Taco Bell. Worse place ever - manager Connie was rude and doesn?t care about customers and having a good dining experience - we didn?t even... get to relax as they were cleaning and making such a loud noise moving chairs when it was an hour and a half before closing - weended up leaving with no appetite and worse experience ever. We called to see what could be done and Connie didn?t care aboutany customer concerns what so ever. She was rude and clearly doesn?t take pride in the restaurant - I would give it 5 starsbelow if I could ! Never going back and will spread the word ! Read more

I've only gone though the catering department, but they're totally awesome!! The first time around, everything was perfect! ... Their attention to detail with preparing the food, ensuring all items are packed properly & included serving utensils, as wellas plates & silverware. Their homemade tortillas are to die for!!! We were so pleased with them, we ended up ordering againthe following weekend! However, this time was a disaster! BSomehow they DIDN'T receive it as a catering order, but asindividual orders instead. We were so happy with our initial experience, we didn't bother to check the bags until we got home. What was supposed to be a nacho bar for 8 people, turned out to be 8 individual containers of loaded nachos. The cateringdepartment was already closed, so we had no choice but to wait until the morning to get the situation rectified. Unfortunately,the nachos with all those toppings don't need to sit very long before all the contents made everything soggy. We did the bestwe could entertaining, but overall we were totally bummed. Called catering the next day & they were A-MA-ZING!!!!!!! Afterprofusely apologizing, he insisted they credit the entire amount back to the card. I asked if, instead, we could still have theorder, but the correct way & he seemed delighted that I even asked, lol!
