I'm not one to complain but i had my kids with me. Usually i go to the tempe location i happened to be by so i ordered this and... got this instead. The location was all dirty no tables were cleaned, as a customer was cleaning his table he asked me if me andmy kids like to sit at the table where him and his wife were eating because every other table was dirty, the trash was filledcompletely. We had a large order with 6 meals and they were all mixed. We received the correct amount of food but the food itself was not... made correctly. This was for a work event and created issues because of allergies. Ended having to order food again from adifferent place. Was a serious bummer for me and the staff involved. I ordered a chicken tostado on corn. I got lettuce and wheat tortilla. I ordered guacamole and salsa. I got guacamole and water... in cup. With No chips at all. Worst place to order from. Never again. $30 for trash. No customer service and waste of eveningand money. If I could burn the place down I would. Read more

Screw, need I say more. Food needs to be made fresh and not contain things like screws. Claim? I ate this meal in front of... others, your slight about my integrity is insulting. I've been a loooooonnnnng time customer of Cafe Rio, I've probably eaten atalmost every location in Arizona. You want me to connect further by emailing you? I bet I can walk into your store now and findthe equipment the exact screw came from. I noticed a reply so I came back to read it.
