CONSISTENTLY missing items. This is the third time. I just don't understand, please explain how you give chicken fries without... BBQ sauce. How do you order an 8 piece and only receive 5? Special instructions? Ha! Don't even bother. They know that Uber eatswill do nothing and they won't be held accountable so yeah, they mess with your stuff. Point blank period. Do better, I'm goingto corporate. Also not one ice cube in my ICED tea, and it was ooooooold tea, when it tastes like plastic the tea is a couple ofdays old. Read more

Old, Stale, and Cold. Rolled through the drive thru around 8pm, and my food was leftovers from lunch time, in my opinion. The... food was inedible. You know there's a problem - just look at the other reviews complaining about the same issue - but yet, youchoose to do nothing to resolve it. Just put a for sale sign up and get out of the business. I went inside and ordered a cheeseburger and small fries. One other customer also placed a small order. It took 21 MINUTES to... make with at least 4 employees standing around! Their excuse? They needed to make fires. BS! Fast food fries take no more than 5minutes to cook. Why would anyone go here? I won't make that mistake again! Read more

Ordered a kid?s cheeseburger meal plain and a small fry drove off and then went to my destination. Finally able to eat the food... about 20 minutes later and daughter told me her was missing. I had to drive back and the lady laughed when i told her I had todrive all the way back for her food. Ridiculous service honestly. Could have offered a dollar menu item for having to drive allthe way back. Read more

Picked up nuggets and fries through drive through. Got home and everything was super hard, nothing was edible. I tried calling... the store 4 times and no one answered. Poor food and poor customer service. Read more

I redeem a reward and buy another same burger, but at first the staff only gave me one burger and that?s it. After my reminder... she got me another one with the ask to manager. It is definitely a negative experience due to not skilled workers. Read more

Ordered one of the new melts they have and they didn't even bother toasting the bread. Literally got a look warm burger between... two slices of soggy untoasted bread. To add insult to injury, they forgot my fries and I didn't realize till I got home. Theyneed some serious quality control. Read more

LOOK AT THE RECEIPT & THE TIME IN THE PHONE IS WHEN WE GOT THE ORDER. YES, THAT'S A 33 MINUTE WAIT! Oh yeah, OUR FOOD WAS... COLD! Unprofessional & Incompetent staff, yelling back & forth at each other. I've never seen a place run like this! At onepoint the girl at the counter tells the guy in the back that ALL THE CARS DROVE OFF. When we walked in, a car drove into thedrive through, & drove away after waiting 32 minutes inside for our food. The owner of this place needs hire a competentmanager & staff. Read more
