We love Bourbon and Bones. We got there a little early tonight, so we decided to go to the bar, but it was disappointing that... most of the tables were reserved, so it was impossible to get a pre-dinner beverage. We started w the Burrata and chilled crablegs. Both wonderful. Crab was super sweet, but it was a little bit of sticker shock as it was $94 for one crab leg. Myhusband got the braised short rib, which was different and very good. I got the filet and lobster? the filet was delicious andI?m not sure how to they get all the flavor in there. The poached lobster was overdone and pretty tasteless. I would have sentit back, but my husband was happy to eat it- again, it was super disappointing to see it was $74 for the lobster that wasn?tworth $20. The butter cake is always amazing! My husband loved the apple crumble, but it was not for me. We weren?t up forhaving ribeye tonight; but that has always been amazing in the past. Read more

In a word, it's magical. I've been to every fine dining establishment in the entire metro area. This is hands down the best... experience of your life. I've hosted large groups, small groups and special occasions. I've done short notice and had to makelast minute changes. They have excelled at every single turn. The quality of the food is second to none, the pace of the eveningand and the level of knowledge and experience are breath taking. I specifically want to say you should ask for Brittany. Withoutquestion the best hostess I've ever seen in my life. Her level of detail, personal approach and sheer magnetism are the stuff oflegend. You absolutely should go out of your way to not only stop in here, but have someone take your picture inside. 11/10 inan era when everyone is struggling. I don't know how they do it. Read more

Great service and really excellent food. This place is a bit expensive but you are paying for quality. They are busy on the... weekends and it has an amazing atmosphere for a good date night. Hands down the best Bar/Restaurant in San Tan Village. I went here for my Anniversary and had an excellent experience. The... Grilled Octopus, Wagyu Steak, Chilean Sea Bass, was by far the best food I have ever tasted in Gilbert. The whiskey cocktailswere amazing wine and whiskey selection is probably the most extensive I've ever seen in Arizona. My husband and I have been wanting to come here for quite some time but it?s always packed. Last week he took me there right as... it opened and we sat at the bar and had a fabulous time! Our bartenders Jose and Jack were truly amazing! The drinks werephenomenal and the food was outstanding! We ordered the tuna tar tar (top 5 I?ve ever had), salmon, mashed potato?s and Brusselssprouts. Super yummy. We are all about experience! And we will definitely be coming back for more. Customer Service is somethingwe both look for when attending all these restaurants we visit. Food was amazing and customer service was great. They have multiple people that assist at each table and are constantly making... sure you have everything needed. Prices were high but well worth the experience. Some people have commented that the steak isequal to the Keg House. Totally disagree as we have been there several times. The food here is extremely better quality andoptions are much more extensive. This is not just your average steak house. If you want to enjoy a special meal I would highlyrecommend. I will start by stating the prices are insane for what you get. I would have love to try a piece of steak but cannot justify... paying 64 dollars for a 10 Oz filet that doent include any sides. The truffle Mac and cheese is 38 dollars and is a 2 personportion size but is used with frozen lobster but has very good flavor. The waygu skewers were tasty but can do without a hugepiece of onion (try tomato instead B&B). The pork belly was a good deal and had a very good flavor. The pesto shrimp was crispyand tasted fresh with a Suttle pesto flavor. Would be a five star review if it weren't for the crazy pricing. Read more
