What a beautiful hidden gem! Authentic food, delicious! This place has excellent service as the staff is very attentive. Yes,... they are bilingual. The food is quick to the table. The atmosphere is pleasant and overall happy. The decor is beautiful whileyou watch the Mexican music videos on the flat screen. There is a special menu with additional options and happy hour values atthe ordering desk. It was clean and they offer two bathrooms for guests. I just stopped by the brand new restaurant in Gilbert Arizona and mannnnnn let me tell you the customer service as soon as you... walk into the restaurant is exquisite not only that they also give you candy as a dessert with your food! I took one bite of myburrito and the cheese tasted like it was straight from Mexico! HELLO chips & salsa!!\n\nHad dinner here last night at this new spot and it was so good. It was just a food truck before and now... it has a store front! They just opened it in January 2022.\n\nI am new to Blue Tortilla - didn\'t know about them beforevisiting last night. The owner, Carlos, was so genuinely nice. He is proud of his food (as he should be!) and the fact that hemakes everything fresh.\n\nI seriously felt like I was just at my friends house and their abuelita was serving us some delishfood. Their chips are made fresh and so damn good. Light, not too thin, crispy and fresh. I will crave those! And the salsa...soooo good. Perfect amount of heat. Tacos = bomb. Better than Backyard tacos. Beans and rice also so good.\n\nIf you\'re downfor some quick authentic Mexican food this is where it\'s at. The only down that I could see is no fountain drinks - onlybottle.
