Went to this location today for the first time and we had a lovely experience. Busy inside, but the customer service was... unmatched, and the iced vanilla latte was delicious. It's a bit pricey, but still a great coffee overall. They were alsogenerous with the pup cup for my dog, which I know she appreciated. Read more
It?s quite surprising to me how all of the locations manage to stay open, to be honest. My partner likes their Fuels which is... the only reason I stop by here lol. They almost never have their menu actually in stock, the cup sizes are a total rip off.Their extra large size is about as big as dutch?s large size, for $8?? their employees at this location aren?t even friendlyhalf the time. San Tan Village: Worst experience at a Black Rock. Will not go back to this location. While at the speaker box, we were the only... car in line and inside orders were nonexistent, we were put on hold for what could have been an entire order and pay visit. Hadto reiterate my order of 2 drinks at least 3 times. A summer blondie and smoothie, not a difficult order. The coffee wascompletely watered down and did not taste or resemble coffee. The servers and managers here were super happy and willing to help with anything! The atmosphere feels very young and fill of... energy. Not quite 'peaceful' for your morning sit and sip. Outside seating is limited and Bright! I wish there was more pleasantseating. Indoor is limited and very loud. Very popular location.
