BELLY has a beautiful vibe to it. The food was amazing. I had the papaya salad and also the mushrooms. Main dish was the short... ribs and my daughter had the crispy white fish. Everything was so flavorful ! Cocktails are wonderful ! They have a great happyhour as well ? The staff is friendly and they will chat about all the menu options. Food was yummy. Menu was funky. We sat at the bar and unfortunately bartender was not personable at all. Service from non-bar... staff was better. The bartender made us share a knife, told us a drink wouldn?t be available for 45 min when it was more liketen minutes?then made same drink for others in front of us, and?there were flies inside. Met a friend for lunch. Sadly they were out of a number of items. I went with the papaya salad with chicken. The chicken had a... bit of a rubbery texture. The rest of the salad part had a nice kick. Also tried their lemonade, which I think would have beenbetter if it was mixed. All sugar was at the bottom. Service was good. Not sure there is enough options on the menu to bring meback. Read more
Nice location, right by Agritopia Farms! We got there around 4 o?clock and it was not crowded at all, it was Saturday, probably... because many people still don?t know about this place as it is new in Gilbert. A girl welcomed us right away , I believe hername was Veronica. She took us at the table, actually let us pick where to sit since pretty much all the tables were available.The place is cute , the kitchen is open and the service was great. My friend was very picky and asked the waitress manyquestions and the girl was very polite and knowledgeable. The food was really good, I ordered a green papaya salad and my friendgot some crispy spring rolls. I tried a piece of the rolls and they were so delicious. The salad I ordered was not like a usualsalad , I will attach a picture. It was very yummy yet I could taste the spiciness towards the end. Our neighbors at the tableordered the Belly of the Beast cocktail $48 and serves 4 people. I?ll attach a photo of that as well. I was so excited to try try this place when it opened. When we got there the staff was polite and seated us right away. The... server was very nice. The food was a hit and miss. The pork and green mustard friend rice was decent. The rest was ok to not sogood. The chicken thighs on skewers were way too salty and almost half of it was completely charred and was not edible. The halfof fried chicken was also way too salty. I had to remove all the breading just to be able to eat it. This dish felt like thechef put a cup of salt on it. The grilled street corn, on the other hand, was way too sweet. I am talking about the totalopposite here. Like add a cup of sugar on it. Service was fine. May be they have a bad day in the kitchen but it was reallyhard for me to finish. Read more

Love Belly!!! I used to go to the central PHX location all the time. So glad they opened one up closer to me! It?s super vibey... and cute. Every single thing on their menu is amazing!!! Spent the evening with my friends this Saturday at Belly Gilbert and let me tell you, were not disappointed. Absolutely loved... everything that we had, the tapas style menu allowed us to try multiple dishes which we all shared and enjoyed! My favorite hadto the fiery braised jackfruit with a side of rice. Great vegan options this simple menu, great drinks. Excellent staff andservice, would highly recommend. Even if you are in the west valley or north phoenix it?s definitely worth the drive. Read more
