HORRIBLE!!!! Yesterday 9/20 was my sons birthday I ordered the football cake and when I went to go pick it up the ball was not... brown it was PINK!! I told the employee I did not like it and she replied that the football was that color which I told her it?snot. Another employee came took a look at it and I asked her if it looked like a football ???? and she replied NO. I asked tospeak to the manager employee went to the back of the store called her never apologized and told me to come back tomorrow sothey can fix it.WHY WOULD I GO BACK ON A DAY I NO LONGER NEED IT?? I asked for managers number and was given the stores phone totalk to her. All she said was there?s nothing I can do until tomorrow. Again why would I want it for tomorrow if his birthdaywas that day. She then tell me I can pick a pre made cake. His cake was of cookies and crème the only close thing to that was aOreo cake. Yes the cake was $48.99 I paid $35 she refused to give me that cake. So not only did I not get what I ordered but nowI have to pick something I don?t want or like and on top of all that made us late because this when in for 25 minutes. MY SONDID NOT GET A BIRTHDAY CAKE THANK TO THEM SO NEVER BUY A CAKE FROM THIS PLACE!! Read more

It was all melted and the they didn't even put the tops on right so when uber delivered it the paper bag had more banana splits... than my family. Terrible presentation. I will photo the inside of the bag to see. 30 dollars for 3 splits and that's what u get Read more

The ice cream is delicious as always. The customer service is very uninviting. The place is so dirty. Every table, chair, walls,... floors filthy. I would definitely go out of my way to avoid this location. Read more
Pretty good ice cream in the past! Just want to clarify that there are issues with the corporate website, so I was unable to get... a free birthday ice cream scoop. I was clearly signed up in the system with birthday listed, etc. But the website and app showedan error message 2 days ago as well as today. It was a lot of set up for no results. Read more
Ice cream is great! Service was very friendly. That being said the place was filthy. All of the stainless was dirty. There was... definitely more than the days food particles piled under the every machine. The floors looked like they haven't been moped inweeks. You can tell the place is run by kids and is in dire need of a deep cleaning. Read more
