Whoa... what happened to this location? A year ago they used to sell a badass product with their signature mountain of snow on... top with a ton of that tasty syrup... Now what you get is a sub-mediocre product with less than enough syrup to even color thesnow and the signature mountain is GONE, replaced by a flat top. The product looks pretty unappetizing to say the least, not tomention you're paying THE SAME PRICE as before. Not sure if I'll be back to this location, which sucks because I used tofrequent this particular location as a summer treat for my kids. Bummer Read more

By far the worst Bahama Bucks that I've been to. The ice barely tops the cup and one of my flavors was wrong. They forgot the... condensed milk on one of the orders. There was plain ice in the middle of both of them. The location on Cooper is fantasticand I'll be going there from now on. Read more
My family LOVES Bahama Bucks Shaved Ice but this location frustrates me to no end. We recently went 3 nights in a row. Night... one, all 3 of ours were plain ice half way through. Called and they offered to give us 3 new ones the next night. Great! Night 2they were awesome because we went in the store and asked for extra syrup. The picture is from night 3. 20+ minutes in the drivethru with just one car ahead of us. My husband ordered blue raspberry and tutti fruity. He had never had tutti fruity before sowe thought maybe it was white. We asked for extra syrup again. Got home and started eating them and realized they forgot tuttifruity entirely on half of the one pictured and the other one we ordered was again white ice half way down. The kids in thereneed supervision and work rules. They are sooooo slow and, while they are nice, they need direction. I called again. While Iappreciate the offer to make them again for us, I just want to pay for it to be made right the first time. I?m not sure we willbe going back until they get their employees better trained on taking care of the customer and on making the product correctly. Read more
Got 2 snow cones today and were mostly ice, not much syrup. One of them you could tell by just looking at it that there was... barely any syrup in it. It's usually a bright green! Only way to fix was go back which I couldn't do that same day. My poorhusband just sucked it up and ate it! Read more
Awesome location! Very nice staff! Best flavors ever and smooth ice. Plenty of areas to sit and games to play.
We had always come here and got great service but this time the lady almost dropped the shaved ice out the window and didn't add... any flavor in the middle it's was pure white I'm not sure why she was so rude but this place needs new workers!! Read more
