Ordered online and they forgot an entire bagel (which was also the most expensive ????). They claim they cannot provide refunds... even though Postmates literally tells me that I need to contact them for anything to be done. The girl that's a "manager" wasan absolute abysmal excuse of that title and refused to let me even finish a sentence without cutting me off 10 times to tell mewhat amounted to "I haven't been trained and don't know what to do" Totally not holding my breath for the alleged callback fromthe owner I'm supposed to be getting. Edit after reply: glad you're able to flat out lie about 4 sandwiches being put into abag when I pulled out 3. Also doing a great job on that callback I was told I'd get. Enjoy eating the chargeback fees Iguess. As expected the owner never actually called me, just keeps stating in response to reviews how "unacceptable" I was butsays nothing about their manager being even worse and causing the escalation to begin with. We love stopping in for a bagel and cream cheese. The bagels are the perfect balance of chewy with just a bit of crisp. The... staff are always friendly and professional. 5 out of 5 would recommend. Read more

First time trying this local bagel spot and I was super happy with my experience! The service was excellent, appeared to be a... nice clean environment and the most important, the bagel sandwich was absolutely delicious. I felt like the prices were veryfair too. Will definitely be coming back! Read more

I love the bagels here. They are distinctly different from the bagels you get from larger franchises. They are softer and... somewhat chewier like a fresh baguette. They also keep well in storage in that they taste just as good the next day. It is asmall deli filled with many tables giving the feeling of a busy place. The service was quick and the staff were polite. Read more

I come here about once a month to get a dozen bagels, sliced to-go. Every time they always slice it. However, this time I said I... wanted it sliced as I ordered them, and after the young gal grabbed the bagels she again asked if I wanted them sliced, again Isaid yes. Mind you, this gal was not brand new or anything, she?s the only one that didn?t seem brand new (since there?s been somuch turnover and all the other employees seem brand new). Having been there awhile and seeing me come often for my bagels tobe sliced every time, you would think she would know that (at least good employees at any other establishment that I frequentknow my order before I say anything). So after telling her twice to slice them, and assuming that?s what she was doing while Iwas standing there waiting, I get home to find that not a single bagel is sliced. My husband tried calling them twice andapparently they send all calls to voicemail. I suppose I will need to take my loyalty away from them and find another bagelplace. Read more

I stopped in to get a few bagels and a tub cream cheese to go. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I was asked if... I wanted the bagels sliced. Everything was delicious - the bagels were chewy on the outside but almost fluffy on the inside. Thecream cheese was whipped and spread easily. Highly recommend. Read more

We decide to look for a different bagel place and found Bagel Nosh not that far away. They had a variety of bagel flavors which... was exactly what we were looking for. I ordered the Cheese with the light cream cheese and the husband got a plain with regularcream cheese. We also ordered a couple bagels cut to go, the Hawaiian and the French Toast. When we went to eat the extrabagels for lunch, the cuts were terrible on both. The Hawaiian top was so thin it wasn't worth using. The French toast was a bitbetter but not level. However the biggest disappointment was the lack of cream cheese used on the originals. I forgot to take aphoto because I couldn't even believe what I saw, it was so thin you could hardly see white at all. Not sure why they botheredat all. If I had known I wouldn't have paid the extra for it and put my own on at home. The bagels were tasty, but not tastyenough, considering cost vs what was received, to go back. Completely disappointed.
