Placed an order through the app and attempted to use coupons or "deals" available in the app but it refused to accept any of... them and kept trying to force me to pay full price for the order. I then went to the restaurant to order inside the store. Theystill refused to honor the mobile "deals" despite the app having a way to scan the coupon in store. Still wound up orderingthere as I love the food but then had to wait on my order until several other people, with larger orders and who ordered afterme, got served. I really hate having to give one of my long time favorite restaurants a poor review as I really do love thefood, but lately the service at this location has really sucked. Read more
Roast beef sandwich ???? I absolutely hate meat but Arby's roast beef sandwich has a special place in my heart.. and my favorite... food is mac and cheese, and I've yet to have one I didn't like, however; the Mac and cheese at this place tastes pretty funky. I hope the Gyros are here to stay. Haven't been to Arbys in a while but usually get the classic roast beef sandwiches when we... do. Glad we changed it up and tried the gyros. Tried both the classic and turkey version. Both were really good. The yogurtthey used was tasty. This location gave us a good amount extra on the side which was appreciated. Place was super clean inthe lobby when we got there and the staff was very friendly. No complaints as our meal was delicious. Read more
Went through drive through and ordered the four roast beef sandwiches for $10, a curly fry, and a chicken strip meal with curly... fries and a Dr. Pepper. We were the only car in the drive through. It took at least 15 minutes for us to get our food. None ofthe sauce requested for the sandwiches were included. Horrendous service. Read more
