The people running this place are so great. And the ice cream is delicious. When you order rolled ice cream you also get a show!... They pour the liquid ingredients onto a freezing plate right in front of you. They mix and scrape ending with a smooth, frozensheet. The sheet is then scraped into rolls of delicious flavor.
