Every time I've been to this location, there's been something wrong. Whether it's filling up a third of the fries. Or taking... half an hour in the drive-through. Sometimes they get the entire order wrong. Look, I love Mcdonald's as much as the next guy.But these issues need tp be fixed. Do better Mickey D's. Read more

*note to the owner in response to your Covid standards: You are the only restaurant that does not have dine in services. Bad... representation for the rich parts ???? smh check this out .... Curb pick up has 4 spots and they are all full. They should nothave the customer's eating in these spots if they are always full because where do you put the number in if they are taken.Smh Worst tasting Mcdees in my life. There is no love in their food. The store was closed which is weird so if you needsomething after ordering and getting your food you have to stand at the drive thru window *not safe* The fries tasted like theywere not fried and it was so dry and salt. You put salt and it falls right off because there is no grease so it's just dry againplain. My daughter said that it was stale. Cheeseburger was cold almost undercooked no seasonings. This made me not want toorder fast food for awhile. They are not like other McDonald's just really weird. Do not go here it's a waste of money!! Read more

Wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst McDonald's between the bridges. I've given this place plenty of chances over... the last couple years. I've sat waiting in the drive thru as multiple other Cara pass thru the other ordering kiosk. This isn'ta one time occurrence with with this establishment...and on top of it they just got my order wrong. No the first nor second timehere. The manager needs retraining Read more

We go to this location many times because it is the only one close to home and sometimes we want something quick. Yes they are... quick at getting our food but also quick to mess up the order, EVERY DAMN TIME. It never fails and I always check the bag beforeI leave. Also the one taking the order on the intercom, I order for my whole family and sometimes they look at the menu tochange something up and it might take a minute but after EVERY SINGLE meal that I order they say "Anything else...Is thatit.....". Be patient. If we were done we would say "That would be all." Customer service here sucks. Read more

Ive been to this mcdonalds a handful of times but not for lunch. About 10 min ago (2:40pm 09/05/2022) went through the drive... thru and person taking my order said there was a problem with my app code no problem and said person at first window will get meapp code. I get to that first window and say the person that took my order said to gove you my code since it didnt go throughthe first time I give it again even show it on my phone and still doesn't go through. Instead of helping me with it she justrudely said it doesnt work and said ?i dont go to your work and tell you how to do your job?. Horrible customer service havingand attitude over simply telling me the code isnt working on her end and asking if there was another code i can try or anythinghelpful. We are from out of town but this has to be the best McDonald's that we have ever been at. They didn't screw up our order and... every other McDonald's does. It tasted better than any other McDonald's too. I don't know how they did it, but good job. Read more

I frequently come to this McDonald's location. Everyone is usually very nice, but today I had a very negative experience. The... cashier was rude to me perhaps because I am not a native English speaker. This is not a reason for an employee to treat acustomer this way. Another employee apologized to me for this woman's behavior. Read more
