The service was great. Not so busy Saturday dinner crowd. But the waiters were very attentive. Had the spicy pho! It had enough... heat to make the dish super addictive and made you wanting just another bite every spoonful. Would definitely eat there again!!! Read more

I ordered a nice meal for some friends who came to town as well as family. My fiancee's father found a wadded paper towel... soaked in soy sauce in his pork Pad See Ew. When my fiancee called to tell them about the issue they yelled at her and said itwasn't their fault and they could never make that mistake. They then claimed someone in our group must have been playing apractical joke. Why would someone do that when you order a nice meal to eat with family and friends? They refused to refundany part of my meal. I would have been happy if they had refunded just the meal that they made a mistake on or at leastadmitted they might have made a mistake and looked into it. Don't eat here. They have the worst customer service. This is aserious issue that could have made my fiancee's father very sick. I will never eat here again!!! Read more

UNSANITARY conditions and HORRIBLE customer service! Last night we decided to order take out from LeLe as it came highly... recommended to us by our friends with whom we are visiting in Gig Harbor. They had been long devoted customers of thisrestaurant since it opened. Being Thai food lovers ourselves it was an easy decision! Upon closely finishing our meals one ofour friends discovered a wadded up, sauce soaked paper towel at the bottom of his take out container. All of us couldn't wrapour minds around how a full sized paper towel made its way into his to-go container or stomach the thought of what it might havebeen used for prior to it being mixed in with his food. It made all of our stomachs queasy and none of us took another bite ofany of our meals. Our friend called LeLe to *kindly* let them know what had happened and to request a refund for that specificdish. The owner requested a photo for proof, which was sent, and upon receiving it immediately became hostile. She denied thather establishment could ever make a mistake like that and placed the blame on someone in our group for putting the paper towelin the food. She then hung up on our friend without giving her an opportunity to respond. Our friend said she had never beentalked to so rudely and disrespectful from anyone in the restaurant industry before and was beyond shocked by her response andtreatment. The guy in the group, who was the one that had the paper towel in his food, called and spoke to the same woman, theowner. When the call ended he said that he wouldn't stand to be talked to like that and took his container with the paper towelback to the restaurant. He was met with the same hostile response by the owner at the restaurant that our friend and he hadexperienced over the phone. They refused to take accountability, apologize, and make their mistake right. We don't live in thearea and can't deter others from going to this restaurant, so we hope this review will. Please note that in the o Read more

Very delicious thai food and the eggplant is to die for! Myriad of selections for people of every taste group within the... cuisine. I very much enjoyed my dish and have not stopped trying to figure out how they cooked the eggplant like they did. Itook away a star because the service wasn?t great. There were 3 young girls working and too busy talking among themselves anddisappearing to the kitchen chatting to serve mine and 1 other table. By the end of our meal we were the only people there andwe waited a while for anyone to notice we were ready to pay. We ended up walking up to the register and waiting while theychatted away in the back. I wasn?t impressed by that and their conversations were so loud, I could hear clearly them despite myhearing loss and not having my hearing aid in that day. Read more

This place is delish. So happy to have another reliable spot in Gig Harbor. Got two curries at spice level 3 & 4 to go. My lips... are tingly in the best way. The veggies are all super fresh, curry is a bit thin, but super flavorful. We will be back to dinein soon! Read more

Had dinner at Lele in Gig Harbor tonight and the food was delicious. We shared a more than ample size appetizer, the Saigon... Crepe and they accommodated the vegan option with well prepared tofu. The vegan Swimming Angel, with perfectly grilled tofu, spinach with creamy curry coconut sauce was soooooo good - generous portion but I ate it all! My friends ordered the Vietnamesesalad bowl with prawns and The Thai Curry and they raved about their dishes! Read more

Came here on Monday, when pretty much every other restaurant in Gig Harbor and tacoma seem to be closed these days. So I was... very happy to have this restaurant open. The waitress/bartender deftly Welcomed and served the entire restaurantsingle-handedly. And she did it with the upmost cheer it was very impressive. I was surprised by the spice levels. I tend tolike a lot of spice, so I wasn?t disappointed when my two star soup was spicier than expected. But if you are one who is notinto spiciness, I would probably recommend zero stars. Read more
