We were looking for a place to have quick bite. Big Mistake! Making our meals a quick bite would have been a disservice to the... chef and an insult to the palate. The Philly Cheese Steak was tender, meaty, and tasty. Accompanied by the butternut squash soupwas a perfect choice... well seasoned and seasonal, adding warmth to this Autumn day. The clams and mussels was top notch. Thebroth left a slight peppery hint of ginger, garlic, soy. I may have to refocus my Cape Cod appetite for shell fish. Thisrestaurant might turn us into pests. I just went in today. I had the passion fruit green tea ???? ???? was SO good ! Along with I belive it was called the breakfast... sandwich ???? (it had avocado, bacon, spinach, etc.) was the best breakfast meal (had it for lunch) I\'ve ever had hands down!Will definitely be coming back for more. ????????I\'m usually shy with giving 5 star reviews but my experience I can\'t think ofa reason to give it any less. We stopped in with our family of 5 today and we’re quickly pleased. The service was prompt and attentive, our kids really... enjoyed the variation of tea drinks. I had the pasta with shrimp and scallops, it was so good! Pasta was perfectly cooked, thesauce was rich and full of flavor, the side of veggies were fresh and the bread was a nice add on. My girls had the breakfastsandwich which they both really loved. The portions are big, each breakfast dish came with a side of fruit, papaya, pineappleand such that was freshly cut. My only two recommendations is this: my son ordered the omelette, he suggested chopping up theveggies inside of it and adding some more flavor. My husband enjoyed his Philly Cheese steak sandwich but was confused as thesandwich had marinara sauce on it. Philly sandwiches should not have marinara, it also came with cheese sauce which was tastybut the meat is usually smothered with cheese on these sandwiches. Also he mentioned that the meat was not chopped up, so hewould take a bite and pull out a big slice of steak. I’m not trying to sound critical but just want to give some tips! Just had a delicious ???? lunch today! The selection of teas is great. I had the iced green tea and WOW, it was soooooo goooood!... The chicken strips and Italian panini were also awesome. And great service to top it off. Will definitely be back to try more ofthe menu options! ???? Read more
Wow Is all I can say about this place. Stumbled upon this gem after seeing a movie next door at the Galaxy theater, and soo glad... my boyfriend and I took a chance on dining in! We ordered their appetizers (chicken tenders-which were omg, absolutely perfect,as the consistency/texture of the chicken had the right amount of crispy on the outside, and perfectly tender on the inside).salivating now just describing it. ???? We had also ordered the steamed clams/mussels… let me just say I devoured the wholedang plate by myself, it was just that darn good (plus it comes with complimentary garlic French bread). We also tried theirsteak skewers, they were so tender and juicy and the sauce it came with was delicious! We were so impressed and happy with thefood and service (staff were super friendly and fast), that we ordered to-go the second time. We ordered their chicken tendersagain (one of our ultimate favorites) and ordered their chicken quesadillas which were by far, the best chicken quesadillasI’ve ever had! We also ordered their wedged fries which were bomb (comes with yummy honey mustard sauce). All in all, i givethis place a 10/10. I definitely recommend Formosa and encourage you to try their wonderful food. They had just recently opened,and am so glad they did. Horrible. The 4 of us were all served our food at a different time. Food (all dishes) had no flavor at all (not even salt and... pepper). Muscles and Clam broth also had no flavor (no wine, no butter, nothing). Would give less than one star if that was anoption. Sad but true. Read more
