Despite long waits the food has always been hot and fresh. I should advise they are short staffed. In fact it's become quite... common beyond burger King in this town. Its going to happen that there may be closures of they have no one that can work. Astimes are hard for us all I want to offer a word of advice. Please be kind and have sympathy for the people who still work heredespite dealing with difficult situations caused by the company beyond their control. Read more
Normally this place is fine. However, I stopped going about six months ago because the food quality had gone down. I went back... today just for the heck of it and waited in the drive through. I ordered a Jr. Whopper meal with extra pickles. Waited to pay,got the food, and left. The workers were very polite. It was super disappointing though, when I finally was able to unwrap thewhopper and see that not only was it a sloppy mess, there were no pickles, and they added cheese which i did not ask for. I'mnot illergic to dairy. So that wasn't going to kill me. But when I looked at the slip, they had put me down for No pickles. Andhad it as Jr. Whopper with cheese. Normally they ask if you want cheese, or just don't put it on. I say "Extra pickles" veryclearly because for some reason fast food restaurants always get it wrong. The last 4 times I've attempted to go here DURING BUSINESS HOURS they're either closed or have some lame excuse why they can't... serve me. The rare times I have received service I always get the strong vibe the staff doesn't want to do their job. Kinda therolling their eyes tone I pick up through the intercom. I've been coming to this Burger King for about 10 years. Most of the time the food is really fresh in comparison to other... Burger Kings I've been to. I gave a 5 star review years ago but needed to update my review due to one particular employee -Jeff the manager. I see this gentleman at this location all the time. He works the front and the back...you can tell he isvery dedicated to his job. I just hope they compensate this jewel of theirs well! I know they are frequently understaffed -which is pretty much true of all fast food joints right now. At this time, we really need to give kudos to those who have stuckit out and dealt with all the stuff slung at them over the past couple years. I'd hire Jeff anywhere knowing he's a man ofdedication and good service. Read more
Thank goodness I didn't get a straw with my drink because I took the lid off my tea to drink it and found a big spider floating... on the top. Made me seriously concerned about the cleanliness and quality control for the food served here. Read more
Just went through and got a normal classic chicken sandwich, got home to put my own condiments on it and there is a literal bit... taken out of the chicken itself. What the hell? I usually go through there every so often and they ha e never done anything likethis. This is disgusting, especially during covid. The girl at the window was really nice but obviously their cooks lack selfrespect and do not follow ethical standards when handling food. Read more
The nuggets were overcooked to the point of being a dark carmel color, ckn overcooked. Told worker at window, I was told they... were not burnt that was just the way their grease cooked them (with serious attitude). WORST BURGER KING EVER!! Extremely slow poor/service. Poorly prepped food. Overpriced menu. Dirty work environment. And I could... oeep going.
