We were in a motorhome so I walked over to the restaurant to place a to go order. One door was locked and the electric door had... to be opened manually. I tried to use one of my rewards to get a breakfast sandwich and tried to use my receipt reward to order2 egg Mcmuffins. The cashier didn't know how to process the order so we waited for the manager. The manager fumbled around fora minute or two and then told me I couldn't use the 2 rewards. I found this odd since we have used this combination for years atother McDonald's so we left. DON'T USE THIS MCDONALD'S IF YOU THINK YOU CAN USE REWARDS. They don't deserve 1 star. Read more
Ordered Latte and French fries. Latte machine was under cleaning cycle, which is a common problem across McD and it took... additional 20 mins. Staff was very courteous and professional. French fries tasted bitter, though it was hot and fresh (tastedlike the oil was old and burnt). Read more
Stopped to get a bite to eat placed my order for 2 quarter pounder meals. I paid received the receipt and explained to the white... male that i didn't want a big mac but a quarter pounder meal. This male got upset hit the wall cussed and kicked somethingacross the floor. A Hispanic male came to try and fix the problem and he said he would fix it and he did i got a raw burger withblood. Needs customer service quick! Orders take forever. It took 30 minutes to get some chicken budgets and two burgers, it was so... slow, it was easier to go to whataburger next door and comeback, and our order was still not done. Whataburger has always beensuper slow, but this McDonald's was even slower,so that says a lot. The bathrooms were completely disgusting and seemed likethey hadn't been checked in days. There was ketchup all over the soda counter, and most of the tables were dirty, I had to cleanmine twice just to be able to eat in a semi decent place. Long line in drive through but service was as good as one could expect. Food ready as soon as we were able to pay.
