I just left the drive through and the person forgot to give me my drink. No big deal. I call the store to tell them so next time... I can get my drink (I live 20 minutes away) because it wasn?t free and I was told if I don?t have my receipt they are not goingto give me the drink?. So giving a customer a drink you forgot to give them is that detrimental to the company Michael? That?spretty insane to me. Won?t return. I don?t enjoy wasting money. Read more

We love Zaxby's. This is a very busy location, always a line, always pull you forward. Only fast food we order. This location is... the worst, and the only one close to us. They ALWAYS either get our order wrong or leave items we paid for out of the bag. Onceagain, they left off our fried pickles and our son's milk. Please do better* Read more

2020 my husband introduced me to zaxby's I was in love and addicted with the food and they have a great customer service. Right... now they don't care about you the food isn't tasty good, they didn't have respect for the customer if there is any mistake.Something happened in front of me yesterday I saw the lady didn't excuse herself. 10/03/2022 9:29PM One of the worst ran restaurants I've ever been to. It was filthy and trash was everywhere. Bathrooms were... disgusting. Everything I asked for, they were supposedly out of. Wings, Zax Sauce, honey mustard, drinks unavailable onmachines. The teenagers that were at the counter were eating at the cash register counter. No professionalism, no tact. Read more

We've been going to this location since it first opened and we've never had a bad experience but lately (last 6-7 months) every... time we go the restaurant is filthy. No clean tables or seats and the floors noticeably dirty with liter. The soda machinesand the counters are just a mess. Read more

I am being generous with two stars since at least the chicken is cooked properly, but this has now been the 3rd time that this... store has ripped us off by charging extra for sauce and then not putting the sauces in the bag, but this time they also shortedme 2 of the items that I ordered, so basically I?m out almost $15 because the incompetent staff and management couldn?t careless! I would recommend going inside the restaurant to order, and triple checking your order before you walk away from thecounter, because the staff certainly don?t check. Read more

Quick and efficient service, can always count on getting my food in under 10 minutes. Food isn't always the best quality (it is... fast food, not a Michelin Star Restaurant), but the food is always hot, taste always consistent and plenty of items to choosefrom. Only complaints is that tables are sometimes dirty, and soda machines don't always work. Read more
