David Martinez, ordering online is merely a convenience for the customer. Why would this establishment make food/drinks when the... order is placed, when, potentially, the customer may not be there in time for their food and/or drinks to be hot and/or cold?Say they make the order. Say the customer doesn't show up until 30 minutes after they made it. Now, said customer is going tohave cold, potentially soggy food and their drink will not be up to their standard. I?ve decided to write this review after MULTIPLE issues with this location. Half the time the staff seem out of it or like... they?re confused. Today I ordered one chocolate, one glazed donut, and a water. They managed to give me the wrong donuts (I wasthe only person there) and I had to drive back through to get my straw. This location needs help bad. They close at different times everyday. Today was 4:30pm yesterday was 5pm. Go to the drive thru... and no one says anything even though they are inside. And supposedly the drive thru is open? This is the worst location ive everbeen at in my life! The worst customer service. Go find out yourself!! I dare you! Read more
At this point, I don?t know why they haven?t just closed their doors for good. This location ALWAYS disappoints. Service is... ridiculously slow. Going through a drive-thru should be a fairly quick process but be prepared to wait atleast 15mins for themost basic order. I have tried on multiple occasions to get my coffee from here but they actually make me run late. The otherday I drove in (3 cars in front of me) ordered an iced coffee?craziest thing, they said they were OUT of iced coffee..at 3o?clock in the afternoon. The only thing they could serve was espresso drinks. I?m sorry, isn?t this a coffee store??? BREWMORE. Now I?m stuck as cars have pulled in behind me so I order an iced latte instead. 30 MINUTES is how long I had to wait toget that beverage. They can barely serve the items on their menu (see picture attached). They consistently close well beforeposted hours and it?s just sad at this point. Inept staff! Don?t waste your time or money at this location. The attached image is actually 3 wake up wraps that they wadded... together. So pathetic. The lines are consistently long and there is always something wrong with the order. It is unfortunatethat the staff is so incompetent! Read more
I came through the drive thru a couple days ago after placing a mobile order and my service was fast and the staff members were... friendly. My order was accurately filled and tasted great! This is my go-to Dunkin location lately! Read more
