Yes! Vietnamese food in Gibsons! Thank you!! Tasty rare beef soup with tender beef, flavourful broth, fresh sprouts & basil.... Spring rolls did not taste like they were freshly cooked but maybe fried earlier and then warmed up when ordered. The wrapperlooked & felt overcooked but the filling and dip were tasty. We did not receive the drinks that we ordered and paid for but Ididn?t notice until i was home. They were very busy and stressed out and for a place that you?d think would be primarily takeoutfocused they were not properly set up for that at all. At one point several staff were even yelling at each other. I felt badfor them and it was uncomfortable. They just opened about a week ago so i am sure all the kinks will work out over time! Somebetter communication and more training for the front of house staff on how to handle the busy times would go a long way :) Read more

This is my new favourite restaurant! My husband and I each ordered a bowl of beef pho and some spring rolls for takeout. The... portions are huge, the broth is incredibly flavourful and the spring rolls are crispy and fried to perfection. I will berecommending it to everybody I know! 10/10! Pho Le is a brand new Vietnamese restaurant in Sunny Crest Mall right across from Super Value. Pho Le is run by a friendly... Vietnamese family that puts their heart and soul into the food.
