8/18/22 My granddaughter went into the store to get a sandwich, one employee was walking around with a plunger then asked what... she wanted, and said why don't you go to McDonald's their not busy, she was the only one in their. The cashier had no idea howto count change back, he had to ask the other employee. I was waiting in the car, as soon as she came out, the one that told herto go to McDonald's immediately went out to smoke. The place was dead,never seen it that way, please get these kids moretraining and keep their mouth shut in front of customers. If I go in again and have to deal with thus our family will notreturn. Usually the service is one of the best in town. However tonight (4-28-21) this was one of the worst experiences I have had. I... wanted a Flatbread kids meal for my son she explained she couldn't do it no way to ring it up. This made since to me until I gotto the end and was charged for the sandwich the milk and the cookie all seperate. If this was how it was going to be done thenthey could have made my son a Flatbread meal. Then my wife and I always get salt pepper and parmesan cheeses to top our sandwichoff the pepper was overwhelming tonight for some reason. Read more
The staff is 4-5 stars; they're generally friendly and do a good job. But he franchise owner barely gets one star. In my... opinion, handling mistakes is what differentiates a good restaurant, so that's why two stars. Short version: the franchisee islazy and uncaring. Eat here at your own risk. I used to get carry-out sandwiches here pretty often. I get my wife a veggie subon Italian bread every time. This most recent time, though, the sandwich was made on pita bread with melted cheese and some kindof sauce - which is a completely wrong thing. Fine, people make mistakes, but I'm owed a replacement. It's over 25 milesround-trip to go back, so I use the "contact us" to see if it can be made right. I got an obvious impersonal form letter backfrom the franchise manager with no detail about my specific situation. I guess this happens a lot, since he clearly has no time.The letter offered a coupon for a free sandwich. Ok, I guess that's the bare minimum one can do, though "also a cookie" or somesimilar trivial token for the inconvenience of my wife not getting lunch would've been nice. When I replied to the email with mymailing address, I got a bounce message. Apparently the manager CC'd an invalid email. Great use of tech there. When I got thecoupon a few days later, it's only for a plain six inch sub; any extras are not included. The sandwich that was screwed up hadextra cheese, which was obvious from the receipt info that I provided in the form - but remember, he has no time to actuallyread feedback. So, now I have to actually pay for this replacement sandwich. And the coupon won't work in the mobile app, ofcourse, so I also get to go stand in line instead of getting in and out. Yeah, it's only a dollar or whatever, and just a fewminutes in line. But the point is that this whole experience reeks of not giving a damn about the customer.
