I have been to many Taco Bells and this one is by far the WORST! I ordered by food through the app at 12pm to be picked up in a... half an hour. When I arrive at the joint at 12:30, my food is nowhere to be found. I flagged down one of the workers and showedher the order on my phone and she just went, "Oh, okay..." and went about her business. I flagged down another employee and whenshe asked me what was the name on the order she brought me my drink that was already prepared. After waiting another tenminutes, I had to flag down a third employee. I showed her my order and she's gonna tell this lie that the reason why thingsaren't ready is because they computers aren't receiving mobile orders for some reason. Okay, if that was the case why was MYDRINK and NOTHING ELSE prepared?! Then the first employee I'd talked to is gonna stand there and LIE and say that I'm waitingfor multiple orders. So the third employee saw my order and then started walking around the joint like she was lost instead ofhaving my order made. By this time I had been there for twenty minutes. It wasn't until I mentioned that I only had ten minutesleft of my lunch break that she finally used some COMMON SENSE and had her co-workers make my food. Reasonably nice food but got the runs and got kicked out of the store . Didn?t help that I wasn?t wearing any trousers ????
Very good. Drive thru was quick, and good portion sizes. This location is much better than the Mantua one

Beautifully well kept and clean Taco Bell Restaurant. We were on our way to a gas station and needed to fuel up on food. Great... customer service and very prompt with food. Vegetarians beware. Everytime I order vegetarian items they mess up my order, switching out multiple items with meat. It?s very... inconvenient as I always have to go through the drive thru more than once. They need a better system and they also need to markwhich items are black bean and which are meat. I understand we all make mistakes but at some point it gets annoying when theynever seem to get it right. Read more
Took me over 5 months to leave a review and 5 stars so here it is! I would go to this store sometimes 3 times a week and would... get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME.Multiple complaints to managers, customer service & DM and nothing changed. Customerservice has ALWAYS been AMAZING, to the point where most of them greet me by my name, but it wasn?t until 3 weeks ago to mysurprise everything was PERFECT and up to this day still is. Hope kitchen staff keeps their A game cause they have improved bigtime in the past few weeks! Again thank you for your amazing customer service and friendliness, you guys rock!!!! Read more
