Good employees, CHEAP management/owners.. This Dunkin has good employees but the management and owners are cheap as hell. They... have asked employees to start changing customers for a simple cup of water, even when you order $10 worth of coffee and bakedgoods. And when customers complain to the employees for charging for this basic courtesy, owners or management (Sonia or Sonya)is nowhere to be found. Rude and terrible customer service. I got my coffe 3 times a week over there and you know what? After this morning this place... it?s done with me! Today Monday 25 July at 8:45 one guy was so rude. After got my coffe I tried it in the car and everything wasmissing, it?s fine we are human, we went back and I asked them to add the ingredients isn?t made for crust that the weremissing. He gave me attitude for no reason, told me everything was fine. My coffe was blend without flavor? Start screaming thatit was fine and gave me some sugar on my hand?no way! I hate that I have to give at least one star. My Coffee stated peanut butter on my cup and tastes like peanut butter. I asked... for cake batter iced coffee. What if I were allergic to peanuts?! ???? My daughter wanted light ice in her refresher. Being thatour "barista" forgot, she instead just poured out ice along with the strawberry flavor on top, leaving it to taste like regulargreen tea. The cherry on top is, I asked for a refund bc my iced coffee taste burnt and like peanut butter & my daughter'srefresher had zero flavor. No one there knew how to process a refund. I have the entire conversation on video from the camera inmy car. I will be disputing this charge and never going back to this location again. About a year ago they gave me expiredproduct. This is the last time I go to this dunkin, either they close the indoor area so i park my car and walk up and of course its... locked so gotta get back in my car and wait in the line that's 20 cars deep in the drive thru. 20 minutes later I get to thewindow and they don't have half of the stuff i ordered its like 9 out of 10 times I've been here it has been horrific serviceand quality I will drive out of my way to go to any other dunkin besides this one ... I get there's a staff shortage but if thatis the case put some signs up saying indoor is closed or we are out of a certain product . Lady on speaker taking my order was very rude and not friendly at all.. no personality whatsoever. I ordered not alot of cream... cheese and she disregarded that obviously! I got alot of cream cheese instead... trash all outside as your pulling up to windowto pay and get your food.. disgusting.. have someone come out and clean..Food was fine. We just ordered several drinks and munchkins from this location. The Black Tea we ordered (with cream and sugar) only had cream... sugar, and what seems like hot water/milk in it (absolutely no tea). We also ordered 25 glazed munchkins, but it ended up beinga variety pack of several different kinds of munchkins (and very few glazed). Tried calling the location, they did not pick up.We will not be ordering from this location again anytime soon. Read more
