Went to KFC Friday evening a young guy at the counter helped us it was early evening say 8 PM he cannot be any more kind or... courteous he helped us out quite a bit he was very cool explain stuff as he worked the food was great the order was rather longit turned out perfect we enjoyed it back at the motel no mistakes were made the other people that work there were also very kindI will definitely go back???? The woman at the ordering speaker was very rude. I tried to order chicken.... at KFC CHICKEN.. asked for a bucket. Was responded... with being yelled at and told no chicken available! (on a Friday night in a tourist town?) That what she had was already sold.We could come back to the window in 20 mins and try to place an order again then. But she's not promising anything. Listed offthe 3 orders before our car. Venting at us. ( We never responded after said nothing more) she ripped our heads off told us offand proceeded to put out her frustration on us. I've never been in a situation like this before. It was very awkward. So wedidn't say anything back and just drove away. We've no idea who she was or what she looked like due to only being at the orderspeaker. It was shocking someone that angry definitely will not go here again. Bad service at drive thru. Placed our order. Checked it before leaving. Good thing I did. Went inside lady working inside throw... a fit. Saying we lied. But another nice lady working gave us the right order. Did call headquarters. Thought I had things workedout. But can't get anyone to answer or call me back. About my voucher that was promised. Went to KFC tonight about 15 minutes prior to closing, waited in line for about 10 minutes and grabbed my order. Then pulled... forward a bit to check the 2 meals for accuracy. One of the boxes had chicken only and was missing the mashed potatoes andbiscuit. The other meal was missing the fries. I parked my vehicle and went up to the door to go inside and it was locked. Igave them more than $24 for the food and intended to go back the next day, but the payment receipt was also missing from theorder. How convenient. Will not return. Read more
Wow this was a bad experience today! So I really didn?t want to go here but everywhere was packed and I was starving figuring... McDonald?s wouldn?t be the better option. But I was wrong! So here?s the list of everything that went wrong today at KFC. 1 Ihad to wait a long time for the order and no one was even in the drive thru or restaurant. They had too many employeesactually. 2 The employee spilled the soda on me because she put a broken lid on the soda. Sure she apologized, but didn?t getme a fixed lid and it spilled on me further. 3 They forget all of the sauces. And let?s be honest this chicken is pretty dry.Forgetting the sauces caused me to turn around. Now I wish I would have waited the hour for a table at a much betterestablishment. The worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I ordered a 8pcs meal which was 23.49 ouch it was to come with a large... mash and gravy and mack and cheese and Biscuits. Please look at photos. Potatoes bearly half full. 2 of the 4 pieces eaten lastnight were raw in the middle.. I ended up throwing the rest of the chicken away. The second item ordered was a 5 piece chickentender meal. The drive thru person suggested the 6 tender a la carte because wife did not really need the slides. The a la cartturned out to be 11.99 more then the tender meal deal. When she sits down to eat them they turn out to be tiny like nugget tiny.You spend 37.61 on a meal an are totally disappointed. There?s always something wrong. If you order at night instead of saying they ran out of items they will give you w.e. They... choose to throw together. Tonight I order 2 classic chicken sammiches and they give me the fancy buns with 2 broken up tenderscause they can?t be bothered to drop 2 sandwich filets in the fryer. I Was supposed to get 2 fries with that and I got 1 largefilled with w.e burnt left overs that was there, they are literally so solid and inedible you could knock ?em against the table.Sad cause my 2yo loves fries and wanted them as soon as they were spotted. Try explaining to a toddler why they can?t have foodthat?s right in front of them????.
