This has to be the one fast food place I can predictably wait a half an hour in the drive-thru before I get any food. Last week... I pulled into this place at lunch and I was the only vehicle in the drive thru so I figured I?d be in and out in 5 minutes max.Nope! I was in line for 33(!!!!) minutes, and they still(!!) got my order wrong. Today, I was the third in line and the line didnot move for over 10 minutes. I left the line. Long wait and they don't pay attention to your order. I have been to this location 2 times. Get rushed through by impatent staff... only to have wrong food made. This has happend 2 times there won't be a 3rd. Read more
The staff was friendly and the food was good. But where it went south was the inside of the store. The floor was so sticky it... peeled your shoes off with each step, the food tray was covered in grease and old food. I cant bring myself to stop at thislocation again and if you're hungry, pass this one and try the next one up the road. Read more
I was across the street at a fast food restaurant. I waited in line for a couple of minutes and the employees were not attended... the customer. I left and headed to Burger King. Either the cashier or manager was very friendly and waited on me right away. Read more
Went there for lunch. Nothing was a it should be. No sprite in the soda dispenser, ordered a fish sandwich and after paying for... it I went to the pickup parking space and the lady that took my order comes out and says they have no fish. I had to settle fora chicken sandwich with no extras because they wanted to charge me extra for the spicy chicken sandwich. In my opinion the worstcustomer service ever. Never going back to the Germantown location. Read more
THIS IS THE WORSE BURGER KING I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took one bite... and almost broke my teeth!!! I went through the drive-thru and ordered two double cheeseburgers before piece mozzarella stick and a medium Coke. They never... told me before I ordered the mozzarella sticks they were out of marinara so I never got those with my mozzarella sticks. Thesoda was half filled with ice and only three-quarters full of soda and soda was all over the outside of the cup. Made my car allsticky.4 sips of soda and it was empty. Worse bk ever Read more
