I ordered a single with mustard, pickle, lettuce and tomato. The guy working the window told me they had no lettuce, so I said I... could live without lettuce, mustard, pickle and tomato would do. I got to the window to pay and got my hamburger and it hadcheese on it, which I did not want. I told the guy and he told a woman who yelled "they all come with cheese." That was theworst hamburger I ever tried to eat. The bun tasted stale and it was cold. I ended up taking 3 bites and throwing the rest inthe garbage. Horrible! And the staff seemed confused, frazzled and rude.I do many reviews, and this was the first time I evergave a place 1 star. Unless you're starving, steer clear! Read more

Twice I've gone through the drive-thru and they didn't answer the intercom. This second time, a different day, I went to the... window. No one was there (at 7:15pm). I drove around again to see them serving someone so I tried the drive-thru again. No oneon the intercom still. I finally make it back to the window and they said their system and intercom are both down. Why not putup a sign somewhere (on the intercom or even the drive-thru window)? Why was no one at the window the whole time to tell peopleabout it? 20 min of my life waisted. Went through Chick-fil-A in 5 min with no problem. Won't bother with this Wendy's again. Read more

Great breakfast! The Germantown location has excellent customer service. The lady that is normally on the drive thru window in... the mornings. Has a very good personality. She is awesome with the customers. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Read more

Only serve one car at a time while dining room is closed. Meaning that they take an order at the speaker and tell the next... person to wait until the previous car pulls away from the pickup window whether they hand them their food or tell them to pullover and wait for someone to bring out. This is very frustrating and very slow. Read more

Given this Wendy's chances time and time again since it's right by my work but they consistently mess up orders, have given me... cold food multiple times and always have to wait way too long. They're too busy goofing off most of the time to care about theorders they sling out I guess. Read more

I ordered a salad, Dave?s single, kid?s cheese burger, fries. They forgot: toppings on Dave?s single, salad dressing, and the... fries. I just couldn?t understand how they were forgotten. I didn?t even go at rush hour. This is not the first time theyforget giving me what I order. Also they really have a bad attitude serving customers. We?ve given this location several chances and we are always let down. Food quality is very poor. Waited 10 minutes for a burnt... Spicy Chicken this time. Just keep going down the street to Arbys or McDonald?s folks. Read more
