My sister and I visited here about 2 weeks ago in search of something new to try. We've never had Mediterranean (to my... knowledge), and so we had to try. It was very clean and inviting, neatly designed and stylish, the staff was welcoming,friendly, and helpful. The food... OMG best part!! Fresh, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing! UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW: Within 18 minutes of posting my review below, I had an immediate, sincere and genuine response... directly from the owner and this was after 10:00 PM. Never have I had this kind of concerned response from any company. Thecontents of my email exchange with the owner has restored my confidence in Taziki's Germantown, TN. Their values on how to"value" a customer certainly shown through. I'm convinced that the matter will be dealt with directly and that I, or any othercustomer, will not experience what I did again. Please take my revised review as an endorsement of this establishment. Thefood is good. The atmosphere is relaxing. And, the quality and value of the food is worth a visit. Ordered at 8:40. we got tea and assoon as we did, a rude employee walked off with a 3/4 full ice tea container. I asked her not to dump it out, in case we wanteda refill. She looked over her shoulder having heard what I said and continued to the kitchen. Similar response when I askedabout the tea containers behind the counters. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate staff. Picked up some lamb gyros that were simply delicious. It came with a cucumber and other assorted veggies salad that was even... better than the gyro. Can't wait to try even more items on the menu. Love the old fashioned crushed ice too. Read more
I'm in LOVE LOVE LOVE ? with the "Grilled Salmon Feast!!" It is always a nice thick piece of very flavorful grilled salmon,... comes with salad, roasted red potatoes, a piece of pita chip, Greek salad dressing and lemon slice. I'm hooked and ordering ittwo or three times a week right now. Its SOOOOO...good and very reasonably priced. Oh yeah my hubby likes it too. I wanted to start off by saying I love finding places where there are clean eating/healthier options! I really hope that Memphis... gets more! My first visit to Taziki's was a pleasant one! The staff was friendly and attentive and the location is located neartwo of my favorite places, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods! It's also close to my house so perfect for picking up and heading backhome! However, my food was a bit bland. My salmon was over cooked and my piece of pita bread, though flavorful, seemed stale. Ithink had my meal been a little more flavorful it would've been perfect. I will be trying them again so hopefully on that visitI can come back and change my rating! Read more
