I like Subway.. HOWEVER the ladies that work a older lady & teenager are NOT FRIENDLY!!!.. this location does NOT participate in... ANY PROMOTIONS / COUPONS!!! They are in walking distance from my job & my lunch break is only 30 minutes... The other crew ofladies that work were much more PROFESSIONAL ... I have went to this location twice and each time the lady making sandwiches was extra rude. I only went to this location because... my job is in the same shopping center. I rather be hungry then to give my money to them. Read more
Terrible customer service. Refuses to add extra veggies after counting three leaves of spinach? And also refuses to give sauce... on the side and gives an attitude to other customers who decide to dine in. DO NOT recommend. There are better subways inGermantown. Read more
The food was good but the customer service pretty bad here bit other than that the food is amazing.
Not enough staff on hand to service the dinner crowd. One person can't provide the service required. Frustrating to have to... wait to pickup an online order that sits in a bag on the shelf, while staff prepares food for walk up orders and carries on anuninterrupted mobile phone conversation through their earpiece. Horrible customer service. They should get out of the hospitality(F&B) business. The lady at the counter is very rude, probably... does not understand half of what you ask her, has some sort of attitude problem. I am not sure how someone with such horrificcustomer service skill be appointed at the store. Or maybe, it?s their own store. Takeaway- Spend your money somewhere else. Read more
I walked in the store this evening at 7:45 and the employee told me that they were closed. I closed the door and I saw that the... sign on the door said that they closed at 8 so I opened the door and told him they don't close until 8. He told me to "get out"and that they were closed. My son had been begging me for the last 10 minutes for Subway so I took him there for dinner just tobe treated like that. I again told the employee that they do not close until 8 and he yelled at me that "coronavirus was goingaround" and to get out. Absolutely disgraceful considering we were 15 minutes before close and had masks on but we're beingyelled out just because he wanted to get out of there early. He should have locked the door if that was the case but no, yellingat customers is apparently the acceptable approach. Screw this store.. never again!!!!!
