Why?! The generous reviews here? This Starbucks is too slow on mobile orders. Why bother ordering ahead? They seem more focused... on their drive thru orders. You don?t get the mobile any more quickly. At least I have always ended up waiting longer. Theywon?t call out the mobile order?s names either. Inefficient bunch of young workers here. Additionally, since the pandemic haschanged everything, you have to ask for every single thing. For instance, like if you wanted half and half, maybe a wooden stirstick, a green drink stopper and so on. Tell me they?re saving money! BS. Dumb corp. ideas. Starbucks has gone way down hill.Especially in their poor customer services. And it?s expensive for what you get. A lukewarm Hot Americano. They?re afraidthey?re gonna burn their little fingers. Great Starbucks, consistent food and drinks, although pretty busy most the time, so plan ahead. Watch the curb when leaving the... drive through, you can't see it from where you pick up your food. Read more

The long wait in the drive through is unbelievable. You are literally trapped in line once you pull up to the order sign because... of the median by the bank. BEWARE!!! This is not the place to go if you don?t have more than 30 minutes to sit in line. Neveragain. ???????? Read more

I usually do a mobile order with the Starbucks app and pick it up inside. I give them enough te to make my food and drink order... so when I get there it's waiting in the pickup section. Starbucks is expensive so I try and not get it as often as I used to. One drawback with this Starbucks is it is shared with Pinnacle Banking and the store is small so not many seats are available ifyou want to sit down and do any work while drinking your order. The biggest drawback is the lack of parking spaces becausethere just aren't enough spaces for the employees and customers to park. The parking lot is very narrow so pulling into and outof a space is difficult. There really is not enough room for 2 way traffic. To get to the drive thru you have to go through thenarrow parking lot and around the front on the Pinnacle Bank parking spots and loop around. It is not big enough for when it isbusy as the line prevents people from pulling into the parking spots in front of the Starbucks side door entrance and block thebank front entrance. Read more

Amazing experience. The customer service was out of this world. The staff in the drive thru were extra friendly and put a smile... on my face. The person at the drive thru window added there own personality to things and made the experience more authentic.Please keep it up and keep using the word Groovy lol. Read more
