I have come to this place at least every week, typically I go to the Cordova location daily. I'm leaving this review because... they always mess my smoothie up. Never apologetic about it, more like slick sarcasm about it. Today, I made a mobile order andjust like always, they jacked my beverage up. You would think that they would prioritize and fix it. Instead the young ladyproceeded to take a few more orders, making all of their beverages before remaking my beverage. I will not patronize thislocation again. Customer service is horrible: Read more
How it went? I go inside and saw no one at the cash register. No big deal, causally browsing the menu?. short girl walks out and... just looks at me with a negative attitude she didn?t say a single word, then she just looks at me for 3 secs waiting for me tosay something. I came in 7:30 in the morning and I didn?t wait at all. I got my smoothie about 2 minutes after ordering and it tastes perfect .
I used to be a regular but their attitude is horrible. More so recently than ever. Employees dfntly need some training.
My sister went to this location today to order two drinks. One of the employees give her just one drink and told her ?have a... good day?. While she already paid for two drinks. She kept waiting for the other drink until she said she did order 2 drinks.They started to laugh at her for no reason. They didn?t even say a sorry and threw her drink on the table. This has Become my go to morning stop. I?ve tried a lot of smoothie king locations and this location is hands down provides the... best service and the best tasting product. It interesting how one smoothie king product can taste so different then another.Also, their smoothie chefs are so helpful in understanding what the enhancers are and what they will do if added into thesmoothie. Appreciate what they have to offer. And they actually have customer service skills, seems to be a dying art! Read more
Helpful, knowledgeable, did not make us feel rushed. Very good team work. I created my own smoothie and they did a great job.... Delicious worth $8. I can spend way more then that on fast food. This is way better for me. I believe. I'll be back. Read more
Bad customer service. The gentleman wouldn?t even speak up for me to hear what he was saying.
