The pizza was really great but it was the staff that took it to another level. We had a few orders to pick up and one of our... group ordered a little late. If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would! My family and I came here after our children soccer games. We asked for the... long table because our party was big. The manager Nancy and two of her staff members said they couldn?t open that area becauseof being supposedly ?short staff.? So, my family sat at three different booths. However, when a ?white? large group comes in andasks for the same long table they were immediately seated at the table. We asked to speak with the GM Nancy and she wasextremely rude and was not accommodating to us at all. She didn?t give an explanation or apology. I will not recommend thisplace at all! We were not served because of all things my wife didn?t have her ID, but she does have 3 Grandsons. Absolutely rude and... outrageous. None of my friends in Food And Beverage in Germantown could not believe it and are still laughing! Server andmanager would not serve us. Couldn?t wait to get out of there. (Smoke on our heels!). Delicious pizza!! Great selection of craft beer brewed in-house and wood fired oven pizza. Pizzas crust was on the thinner side,... sauce was delicious, and toppings were plenty. Nice atmosphere. Service was great. The drink menu could be better and describe in detail the beers they serve. Pizza was... great. Didn't care for the ricotta cheese on mine but it still was great. Beer was good too. Nice experience and willprobably be back. Read more
