The Thoroughbreds run club enjoys meeting at & running from Panera every Sunday morning. Meeting back at Panera for food and... fellowship afterward. I feel fortunate to have such a great restaurant and accommodating meeting spot here in Germantown. Ireally enjoy making gigantic Frankenstein sandwiches out of the Mediterranean veggie via ordering on the Panera website and thestaff has only impressed me. Thanks! Read more

Sunday for lunch. Super busy when we got there around 12:15. Line to order was about 10 people deep. Took about 6 mins to reach... the counter. Ordered and waited about 10 mins for our buzzer to go off. Out of the five of us only one order was wrong. Ourchicken cobb salad was missing the chicken. Panera has always been a hit with us. My family and I stoped by for a snack of awesome green tea, bread, and cookies. It was very cheap because of the sip club which... in itself was awesome but what set this experience apart was the manager?s response to my frugal visit. When he saw us simplyusing the the bags as plates he brought out plates for us to eat on. Carlos has a heart for service independent of the ticketsize of his costumers. Read more
Tracey customer?s service was absolutely awesome!!!! I usually buy the 10 vegetable soup but wasn?t aware that it has been... replaced with a different soup. I became a bit discouraged because I am currently fasting. BUT, Tracey went above and beyond tohelp me find a healthy soup that I like!!! She was VERY professional but showed her personality! We quickly dropped in for brunch, right after our shopping in while foods. It was a Sunday and fully packed. The service was a... bit slow. I ordered a full sandwich. It was chicken chipotle melt with avocado ( the name was something similar like this). Itcame with some chips. My partner went for a half and half combo. He took half chicken salad sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup.The hand sandwich is tiny and the soup portion is also less. The soup was very basic and somewhat terrible, he couldn?t finish.We both took coffee along with this. Those are very basic and not r en worth to review. Read more
