30 min for a bagel and a drink. Each person sent me to the front, then back to the pick up area which was completely empty. This... location has the absolute worst service. There was no apologies for the delay even though it was after the lunch rush. I wouldnot recommend coming here. Read more
The Thoroughbreds run club enjoys meeting at & running from Panera every Sunday morning. Meeting back at Panera for food and... fellowship afterward. I feel fortunate to have such a great restaurant and accommodating meeting spot here in Germantown. Ireally enjoy making gigantic Frankenstein sandwiches out of the Mediterranean veggie via ordering on the Panera website and thestaff has only impressed me. Thanks! Read more
Food quality is always good but service quality has really deteriorated. Messed up our delivery orders four times so far. Order... placed today before 9a but out of items at time of delivery. The rep said we ran out thirty minutes ago but when I told her Ihad ordered earlier, she changed the story. Read more
Sunday for lunch. Super busy when we got there around 12:15. Line to order was about 10 people deep. Took about 6 mins to reach... the counter. Ordered and waited about 10 mins for our buzzer to go off. Out of the five of us only one order was wrong. Ourchicken cobb salad was missing the chicken. Panera has always been a hit with us.
