This is literally the worst McDonald?s ever. The customer service is horrible. They are sold out of everything all of the time... promotional items that are still going on at other McDonald?s they say that they aren?t doing because they?re too. I believe her name was Karen, she was a awesome person to be greeted by. She was so helpful and I have never experienced this... type of good customer service at a McDonald's. I wait 30 minutes for 1 order and the food is cold. I see the employes playing and talking too much. My burger is a half patty... too, looks like bited. This is the most bad experience I have in my life this never happened to me. I never pay 11.10 in onequarter pounder regular this place was crazy. I will never go to this place again. My order was 5.65 and I gave her a 20.00 didn't any attention to my change and she gave... 9.00 and some change. I went to the Manger and she said we will to close and count the register . So she walked to the backbefore that was done. The young lady and a guy was looking at me and she open the register and took something out. When themanager count the register she in form me that was short I told her what but the young lady said she was putting her phone back.I should have sent my order back before because I ask for a meal. I looked in the bag and I said where is the hashbrown shesaid you didn't order a meal I said yes I did and some young lady gave me a hashbrown and I said we can rerun the order and likedon't worry about it. When I said something about my change the manager said they gave you 2 hashbrown and I said know she gaveme one. She well that should have been rung up I said I try to do that. The young lady that money she was really slow countingmy change back so that why I didn't notice because my order was waiting getting cold. I told them when I left if you'll can livewith I could live without. I told them they shouldn't have slow people that can't count. If I could have gave no stars I wouldhave . I work across the street from this particular McDonald's. I visit often for lunch. I usually don't have any issues. Food is... normally good, and the location is normally very quick considering all the business they get there. I visited a few days agoand it was awful, I placed a mobile order as I normally do, I park curbside when I pick up. I waited for around 25m before Ieventually relented and went inside to find the staff puzzled about my order, it has been sitting for probably around 15m. Ifinally got my order. All that aside, I notice this place runs like a well oiled machine when there is a particular personworking, I am not sure of her position at this location, but the place runs like clockwork with her there, she's a very sweetlady, always prompt and courteous. Always has a kind word. Her name is Theresa. On my visit today she was the one who ran myfood out to me. I let her know how much she was missed the other day in the chaos of her absence. I'm rating this location 5stars due to the fact that generally I have a good experience there. A huge shout out to Theresa. Thank you for being an amazingemployee and person. Read more
EAT, SIT AND CHAT A WHILE...a popped in this particular McD's after running around and had the perchance meeting with a security... guard. He sat minding his business but, I made it my business to stop over and say hello. From there a wonderful conversationensued from which I learned about a rather fulfilling life rich with history from having served during the Vietnam War, to beingan over the road truck driver (you have to give our truck drivers some props for the long nights and days on the road). He wastwice retired or should I say three times, Military, and from Kroger and FedEx. He was quite a pleasure to talk to and yet whatamazed me the most was his desire after all this to keep as active and engaged as possible. He didn't want to just sit at homeso, one again he embarked on another opportunity to add value as he'd done all his life. I found that while sitting therechatting the environment was quite amenable to our conversation in that the high chairs brought us close enough to share acommon area as we glanced at the news off and on and even with the play area in the back it was disturbing at all while we sattalking, and eating...yeah, I had to breakdown and get one good treat that we both commented on as being quite delightfullooking to the eyes and pleasing to the senses as I removed the lid...so, stop in your local McD's and chat it up with your nextopportunity to meet the definition of desire and determination! The service has continued to decline. I only went because I and my grandsons were wanting a milkshake and a burger & fries.... Their ice cream machine was down AGAIN! The guy at the drive thru speaker was rude! I won't go back!! Read more
