We've been to other McAlister's but none come close to being as good as this one. The staff is always friendly, it's always... clean even at the busiest times and the food is always great! My go to sandwich is the spicy turkey club and my husband likesthe BLT minus the avocado. We've never had a bad one. Their salads are great too. Other McAlister's in ritzier neighborhoodsmay have more snazzy stores, but they don't come close to having better food or being as friendly. I can't recommend thisMcAlister's enough. Read more
Incredibly slow, inaccurate service. Had a terrible experience last week with cold sandwiches that were supposed to be hot, plus... missing ingredients from sandwiches. Came back to give them another chance after speaking with the manager who promised betterresults upon my next visit. I ordered 30 minutes ago and I still don't have my food, along with every other patron in thisrestaurant. Go somewhere else. Read more
Never has orders ready in a timely manner. Makes mistakes on food orders too often. Staff says can?t give an estimated time when... order can be expected. This has happened multiple times and I would not recommend going to this McAllisters. Read more
The food was good when we finally got it. They only had 4 people working, and they were filling online orders first. We were... told it would be 25 minutes at least before we got our food. A lot of people walked out. It will be interesting to know how muchbusiness they are losing by this practice. Read more

This location has the nicest staff! They are very gracious and make every effort to make sure the service is excellent. I mean... this as a compliment because they even give Chick-fil-a a run for their money on service with a wonderful attitude. The food isgood. My wife always gets French Dip and loves it. I tried the horseradish roast beef and cheese, which could have had more beefon it but that's my opinion anytime I order a sandwich with meat on it. The regular priced kids meals are the best priced in thecity with an under $3 and an under $4 option that includes drink and cookie. The other couple we ate with had huge salads andloved them. I walked out wondering why we don't eat there more often? Oh yeah. They close at 9 and we walk in @ ~8:30 unawareof their closing time in 30min. They made a fresh batch of sweet tea and pulled out the lemonade from the cooler even thoughthey had already started cleaning the dispenser and they did it with a smile and we didn't feel rushed at all.
