I ordered online and selected my Florence, AL location but for some reason it sent it to this location. I noticed within minutes... and contacted this location. They put me on hold and then another person who I am assuming to be a manager got on the phone. Iexplained my situation so hopefully he could cancel the order and maybe just maybe refund my money. His response was well it hasbeen made. I can throw it away though. After managing a restaurant for many years... pretty sure that isn't a good response. Iunderstand if it had been made that it was my mistake or computer error... but you could have at least offered to refund thechip, cookie, and drink that I did not even receive. I'll just start ordering in person at my wonderful location in Florence, ALwhere all staff and especially the manager are polite. Read more
