I always order from here, never have any problems. I ordered yesterday and did not tip on the app, I had cash. When my food... arrived, the guy threw it on my desk and walked off so fast, I did not have time to tell him I had a tip for him..very rude. Healso circled on the receipt the tip line & how delivery drivers dont get tips based off delivery fees...no need for that. Ialways tip & just had cash. Read more

I have ordered delivery from JJ's several times because it is simple and easy to use their app. However, they have forgotten... side/extra items on my order a few times. I usually just ignore it because it is not a big deal. Today however, I ordered asandwich with ham, cheese, and bacon (#13), but they forgot the HAM. I called back and asked if they could make a new one, andif they would deliver it or if I need to pick it up. They told me they would deliver it. Well, about a hour and 50 minutes aftermy call it is finally delivered (about 2 hours after my original order). I live maybe 5 minutes from the store and ordereddelivery because I have a migraine. Couldn?t even eat it! I had to pull sandwich apart before biting into it and what do I see? Specs of hair! I notice when I... walked in the employee was messing around in her blonde hair. I thought she was a customer until she went around behind thecounter. She didn?t wash her hands or nothing! She put on gloves and started to make sandwiches. She had on a pink long-sleeveshirt. Filthy, very unpleasant! No uniform or nothing! This was very disturbing, I should?ve known better but I was hungry andstill wasn?t able to eat. Where?s the manager? We used to order from this location all the time until a little over a year ago. The freaky fast has become slower than pizza... delivery. It shouldn't take over an hour to deliver a sandwich half a mile away. I'm writing this because it's at least the 5thdelivery that has taken this long and I'm just done with this location. I talked with the manager & owner who both obviouslycould care less. Also, they do this thing where right after you place an order they mark it as out for delivery (even thoughit's not) I assume to make some metric look better. I will say all the delivery drivers are incredibly nice and none of this istheir fault. Just bad management. Read more
