I always order from here, never have any problems. I ordered yesterday and did not tip on the app, I had cash. When my food... arrived, the guy threw it on my desk and walked off so fast, I did not have time to tell him I had a tip for him..very rude. I have ordered delivery from JJ's several times because it is simple and easy to use their app. However, they have forgotten... side/extra items on my order a few times. I usually just ignore it because it is not a big deal. Today however, I ordered asandwich with ham, cheese, and bacon (#13), but they forgot the HAM. I called back and asked if they could make a new one, andif they would deliver it or if I need to pick it up. They told me they would deliver it. Well, about a hour and 50 minutes aftermy call it is finally delivered (about 2 hours after my original order). I live maybe 5 minutes from the store and ordereddelivery because I have a migraine.
