Got poisoned TWICE from their sandwiches. After the first time, I couldn't make the connection; once that happened for the... second time, there was no doubt. Go there at your risk to either experience that OR being shortened on your order. Always checkthe contents of the bag they prepare for you to pick up. I was glad I did as it didn't have a couple of components I had orderedand were only handed to me once I mentioned it AND in a way that told me they expected me to notice and had that item ready.Interesting, init? Awful place to eat. Employees are typically rude, especially Anna Lowrie the assistant "manager" and owners are completely... absent now since it was sold recently. Dirty tables and long wait times for soggy sandwiches. Female owner is a terrible person.Very rude and confrontational. Her husband the co-owner is rude as well. The store manager and assistant manager are very rudeand unprofessional. Will not be coming back here for disgusting soggy sandwiches served by disgusting, unprofessional people. Read more
I recently just came in came to pick up a order for my wife who made a order from a doctor visit that we had with a limited... amount of time to eat before her testing at the doctors office. They had made a mistake on the order and the manager or what notwas very rude and made no attempt to reconcile the whole situation but made very sure there was nothing she could do and got sobelligerent that she hung the phone up in her face. I just love going to the firehouse in Germantown! Their food is always super fresh and just taste so good! The lobby is always... nice and clean, they have hand sanitizer stations in almost every corner of the store! I also notice how well the staff iskeeping everything clean and sanitized for us costumers! The staff is always so nice and helpful, which make my visits that mucheasier. Read more
I enjoy coming to this location in Germantown. The staff is very friendly! They put their customers FIRST! I've never had to... wait for a sandwich to be made when I call it in, it's ready when I get there. I had an order of 11 sandwiches and NOTHING WASWRONG! they got everything perfect right down to the drinks and chips. They pay close attention when customers do or don't wanttheir sandwich a special way! And what can I say for the Managers there? They ALWAYS GREET with a Smile and someone is alwaysready to take your order. I have been back several times and when I do I get treated with the same polite manner. If you arelooking for a wondeful sandwich shop I highly suggest Firehouse Subs on Farmington in Germantown. All of they're sandwiches aremade fresh. Always love coming to this location to grab a quick bite to eat. Service has always been fast, friendly and the store is always... clean. Leaving a 5 star review because the store went above and beyond when I screwed up tonight and did an online order andclicked the wrong location without double checking. We went to pick up the order and they did not have it. When we found outwhich store it went to they took care of everything. They called the other store and cancelled the order, refunded the charge tothe card so there would not be a double charge and then took care of making our order right there for us. Walked in to get my take out (ordered by phone) and the staff was arguing. I pay my bill and sit in the lobby waiting for my... food, only customer in the store. Manager (apparently) keeps rushing up and down voicing her dissatisfaction with the employees.I see subs being made and orders put together, not mine. After about 15 minutes I decide to ask about my order, it turns out ithas been ready all along sitting on the counter. Manager apologizes and blames employees, hands me my order. As I get in my carI decide to check the order, the subs are cold and the bread soggy. I walk back in and ask the manager if my order could beremade, she rolls her eyes and says I'll have to wait another 15 minutes. I've been going there for about 2 years, nothing everremotely close to this ever happened, the experience was good until today. Not sure what's going on. Read more
