I had ordered online and I had... certain specific way of assembling that sub I end up calling the store, happened to speak with Jessica she was very nice tookthe instruction wrote it down and prepare the sandwich and wrapped everything individually very people person, good customerservice . I bought a 9$ sub and I got very little meat. The sub was mostly just bread and mayo. In the early 2000s I remember I got a... foot long Turkey sub loaded with everything for 6$. I used to eat daily but the price of their products has skyrocketed and thequality has diminished completely. I don't recommend Subway anymore. Read more
I've almost never leave negative comments but my experience here is forcing me take the time to write this to caution other... customers. I accidentally ordered from their restaurant and immediately called to cancel the order, per the instructions ontheir app. The staff said that her owner wouldn't allow her to issue the refund. I then called the owner to request a refund,but he still refused to give the refund saying the sandwich was already made notwithstanding the fact that he wasn't in thestore and I called immediately after placing my order. I regularly enjoy Subway and had no issues with other restaurants. Itried calling the customer service at the Subway headquarters but, as a franchise, they defer to the restaurant and cant issuerefunds. There are plenty of Subway restaurants out there, avoid giving your money to this store. Read more
